Usually, people put reviews about the food, service, or something negative. My review is a little different. I came into this 6231 N Keystone Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220 location to pick up my order. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. What I want to compliment is the young man who was training another associate. The associate needed a little extra help. This young man was AWESOME & VERY PATIENT with him. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED SEEING THIS!!! ALL I COULD DO IS SMILE WHILE WATCHING HIM TRAIN HIM. What an AWESOME TEAM KEYSTONE CHICK-FIL-A!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! The new employee was a delightful person!! Seeing patience and good training made my day! I love to see happy people!!!!!! I couldn't see the young man who was training the new guy name. I believe it started with an M. This was 4/23/24 @ around 1:08 pm. PLEASE GIVE THIS TEAM A SUPPER HIGH FIVE!!!! By the way, my mac & cheese & tea were the bomb like usual! ??

I wasn't going to do this but with the increase in prices, I should've gotten a much better experience then I did at this location. My order was skipped. People that came in after me had there food and was eating. I had to go up to the counter and inquire about my food. The manager was nice but it didn't matter because I was already having a bad day and I was starving. My fries were luke warm and my grilled nuggets were small pieces and I paid $13.68. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Will not be back to this location unless I'm just desperate...smh!

I was shorted a sandwich on my order. I called and spoke to who, I would assume was a manager, he refused to check the cameras, and then refused to refund the amount of the sandwich. Instead he demanded that I return to the store to recive a refund and then said if I did not return to the store I would recive some kind of credit on a future order of which I had no proof of. This company makes billions of dollars a year and a sandwich which costs 5.09 plus tax must of have been to much research or give a refund. I will be filing a dispute for the full amount of my order out of principal as I would have wasted 5.09 cents on gas driving back up there to recive a refund for that amount. Unreal. If the manager would have reviewed the camera he would have seen that I didn't recive what I ordered and would have not implied I was lieing. Agian 5.09 isn't really worth my time, but the principal of the matter is.

This Chick-Fil-A is an absolute gem! I travel all over, and I often choose Chick-Fil-As for their (mostly) dependable food and good service. But some things stick out, in the best possible way. This Chick-Fil-A will now go on my list of favorites. The man who took my order, Myles, was exceptionally kind. He made me feel seen and appreciated, like he was genuinely glad to see me (even thought we’d never met). Micah, the man who brought me my food was equally kind. I found myself staring in shock, as it’s not normal for me to feel so cared for and welcomed, even in Chick-Fil-As. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The food was great. I see why this CFA has such a high rating. It deserves it. If you like feeling welcomed and cared for, this is the Chick-Fil-A for you!

Very disappointing. Took forever to get through the drive through and forgot our 5 sauce packets, leaving us high and dry (literally) with nothing for our sand which or nuggets in when we got home. Order number 2425 on 3/15.
