Usually the food & service is great from this location but anytime I order grilled chicken nuggets I find little fibers on them. It's ONLY this location and it's happened about 4-5 times now. But these grilled nuggets are too expensive to have little hairs all over. Such a shame.
I ordered a southwest salad without meat. For whatever reason, it tasted like pinesol. I was only able to have about 2-3 bites. I called the store and had a conversation with the manager. She was very sweet and understanding. She offered to replace the salad by sending me a coupon. I asked for a refund instead and she said no problem. I also offered to bring the salad back. She declined. So I threw it away.
