Every single time I go order anything from this chic fil A my order is always incorrect or always missing something. I can order here when there is barely a drive through line and my order will still some way be wrong. I've tried this chic fil a multiple times and every time there is an issue. But I've officially learned my lesson just drive the extra minutes to the one on Southport, because this one always disappoints every single time.

This Chick-fil-A drive thru could benefit from having two lanes rather than one for drive thru and one for mobile orders. The food is always good! I have not been inside so this is only based on drive thru

This location will mess your order up almost every time. Ordering ahead does absolutely no good. The only way you stand a chance of getting your order quickly or correctly is to go inside and order it to go. Drive thru and curbside are a joke. Worst CFA I've ever been to.
Top-notch food served by quality people. In 2024, it's something we need a lot more of. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich with hotpepper cheese and large waffle fries. A+
