This was my second time here and I really enjoyed my meal. Everything was good, fresh and cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend and parking is free!

First visit today Wed @ Keystone location. Took 38mins & unimpressed with wings which were average. I understand that food is cooked to order. It's a bit pricey also. Plus lobby had plenty dust in the corners & needed mopping.

It honestly doesn't get any better than Chicken Scratch. I stop by any chance I get. You can put their Parmesan Garlic sauce on a piece of tree bark and it would still be good. Portions are huge and their boneless wings are the size of a fist. Highly highly recommend this
Unfortunately my first time experience at Chicken Scratch was not great. It was on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm but they were still busy, and there were about 10 people ahead of me in the line to order food. That part did not take that long, but the order itself took 30 minutes - i didn't think I'd wait for that long just get an order of truffle fries. Fries were good, not great. Soda machine had two items unavailable. Maybe there were not enough people working at that moment. There were multiple tables which never got cleaned during the entire time I was there (about an hour). I didn't see anyone taking care of the dining space. There was trash on the floor and it was just unclean not orderly. Customers were cleaning tables themselves. Trash can was full. I still want to try their other menu items, but I will definitely avoid the busy hours.
The wings are nasty! Imma just be honest you cannot call them jumbo party wings. Party wings means small. These are dinosaurs wings! Way too big! Especially to be smothered in sauce!The loaded chicken fries were good. I would recommend using fries that are doubled fried and clean the oil!

Overall, not bad, the chickens good. The burger, however, was burnt and dry, and the fries were a bit soggy not very fresh. The amount of onions that they packed on the burger is ungodly, Still dealing with his breath 8 hours later, even after he brush his teeth. All around would go back. We’ll just get something different.

The food is amazing! I've had it delivered a few times. The chicken & waffles are one of my favorites
We have been to both locations. Me and my husband absolutely love chicken scratch. The only items we have tried are the breaded hot honey chicken wings, the buffalo chicken Mac fries, and their lemonades. Sooo good!!

I'm not really sure what the overall rating should be, but I will say the blackened chicken alfredo was good. For $16.00, I think it could come with garlic bread. My spouse got 6 fried chicken wings and loaded fries it cost about $18.00. The wait was a little long, I waited over 30 minutes inside the store front. The store was very busy and call in orders were going out quickly. The chalkboard is nice, but after we sat down, chalk got on the back of my husband's clothes. The lemonade was delicious, I will go back but will pre-order.

Atmosphere is ghetto and the food was terrible. I ordered cauliflower wings with mild buffalo sauce and fries. The fries were wet and soggy and the cauliflower wings were ok but came with red hot hot sauce on the side to act as the “mild buffalo sauce” ? like cmon now! I couldn’t even finish my meal smh. Highly won’t
