I ordered a veggie burrito bowl online for my son. We drove all the way out to get it, were on our way home, my son opens it up and it's filled with meat. The order on the lid clearly had no meat. So we drive back to the place, I tell them what happened and the girl just said ok, I'll remake it. I asked if there was any refund or anything and she said no. I asked to talk with the manager and she said she was it. I then spoke with the GM and he said they don't give any refunds for messed up orders. Maybe I'm pampered, but every time my order has been messed up like this at any other restaurants, they have happily refunded our meal, for our trouble. Did not leave me happy with our dining experience at all.

If I could give this particular location a zero I truly would. From the employees having in headphones so I have to repeat my order to them NEVER having vinegarette. I'm completely over this location. I'm just going to have to suck it up and drive to the location off Michigan road because I am so tired of paying $30 for my meal to be trash/lackluster/missing things that I want

i went last week and it was great the guy who was attending me up front I think his name was Brian he had a chipotle jacket on he's so nice and helpful. The food was amazing and it has to be the best location I've ever been too. Brian seriously needs a raise!!!!!

I took my son inside to order food. No one was at the counter because they were by the grill eating. After a minute of waiting one guy comes to the counter putting his gloves with a mouth full of food. My son orders a half chicken and half steak burrito. The server slapped on small skimpy portions, so my son ask for more. The guy gets kinda annoyed and places a half portion of chicken on the burrito and then tells to the cashier to charge him double meat. After watching this unfold, I went to speak with the cashier to explain that the burrito should not be $16.69 or so because he owes my son another scoop of meat. This started to turn into argument but advised the young man that I was a customer and that he was not allowed to yell nor talk over me. I explained that my son got 1/12 scoops of meat. 1 small portion of chicken and a small 1/2 portion of steak and to me that did not equal 2 full portions of protein. He began to get upset too, so I told him to cancel my son’s order based on poor customer service and small portions. They thought it was funny and laughed as we left the restaurant. Not feeling satisfied about the matter, I called the store to speak to a manager from my car. The cashier answered the phone and pretended to be a manager when I asked to speak to one. I told him that I can see in the store and that I didn’t appreciate him trying to play the role of a manager. He then got another worker to come to the phone. My complaint was never heard and we was laughed out of the restaurant.

So, i doordashed me some chipotle. thinking it was gonna be delicious as soon as it came. i was jumping up and down, swinging my feet, and smiling when i placed my order. when i check the app i seen that it was at my front door. so i went downstairs the bag is there i hurry up and grab it. and when i open the bag im thinking this food about to buss. NO NOT AT ALL. CHIPOTLE DONE FUCKED MY DAMN FOOD UP. IM HEATED THEN A BITCH. i open my bowl and they forgot CHICKEN. LIKE HOW?! YOUR TELLING ME THEY ADDED RICE FIRST AND SKIPPED OVER THE MEAT??! NO WAY THAT CANT BE. IM SO SHITTY AND READY TO CRY. i don't recommend getting chipotle after that.

Just got a vegan sofritas bowl and beans half and half with rice. The order was made incorrectly but was promptly fixed I wasn't charged for any of it but the drinks because of the wait thus place is amazing and so is its staffDietary restrictions: Vegan options available
