Haven't been to this location before and it definitely wasn't like when I was growing up! Some of games were broken or not working properly. Getting tickets was no easy task as most of the games give little to nothing especially with the cost of the prizes to get something. My granddaughter enjoyed the time there, not hard to make her happy but in my opinion it's gone downhill.

we did not order any food considering the prices for the prizes, the ticket reward amounts for the games were little to nothing the location was understaffed but even still we received good service. it also wasn't crowded at all. this location is the closest one to me that still has an animatronic. the stage is a studio c beta stage, and isn't in very good condition. some lights not working, paint chipping, chuck himself appeared lopsided. like every other studio c, the animatronic does not perform and at most blinks and moves side to side.

I usually like this place for a quick little fun time for the kids but this time I was keeping track of the tickets I won and I should have had 600-620 but only gave me 530 which isnt a big deal but if that happens to every kid everyday then people are getting ripped off. Then the girl at the desk to pick out the prize was soooo rude! I tried to joke with her and nothing. Worst experience ever

Our visit to Chuck E. Cheese with our daughter was pleasant, and she had a great time playing the available games. Despite the more updated atmosphere, it still carries the same old Chuck E. Cheese vibe. The games, though somewhat different, are essentially the same, offering little incentive for a return visit.While our experience was enjoyable, we're conflicted due to the lack of replay value. The rewards system remains unchanged, providing little innovation. The closure trend of Chuck E. Cheese locations may be indicative of the need for an overhaul in their offerings.If you're feeling nostalgic, it's worth a visit, but the lack of variety and the stagnant rewards system might not keep people coming back. Visit Chuck E. Cheese before they become a thing of the past.

Ran into an extremely disgruntled employee who expressed that she’s in her era of not being nice // not giving a damn about others after yelling at me for going to the salad bar with the incorrect plate (which another employee mistakenly gave me.)It’s a kid establishment. Maybe hire gentler people lol. I apologized for my role in the encounter - which was basically just telling her that the lettuce at the salad bar was brown - and when I did so, she did not return an apology. I said “peace” and left.I understand that working for a low wage is difficult but maybe working with kids isn’t in this person’s best interest. Big yikes.

We had a great time celebrating our son's 7th birthday in December at this location. We worked with two managers (one was Abbrial) and they were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Our party helper (Keshaun, I think) was so fun and a great host for our party. They have added a lot to the party experience, which made it so worth the price and helped create a ton of great memories. Very clean, every game was working, pizza was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful time!

One of the better experiences we've had here in a long time.....granted there were hardly any people there, but it was clean and the pizza was good.
Waited for my pick up for 5 minutes or more while employees sat upfront and in seats watching me wait to be greeted.
