First we placed our 10 piece family meal 2 lrg sides five biscuits come with it. Worker says OK we don't have corn, rice, or macaroni ?. OK that's fine we ask for mixed (reg/spicy) we don't have any spicy? that's fine. So we get mash and gravy with okra. Worker says that's an upcharge ?( y'all are going to up charge me for not having sides) that's fine we get the food drive home and they forgot our mash and gravy?. I call the number on the receipt five times and they never answer...read full review
Yes, Church's has some of the best chicken around that makes you drive from one state to another to experience however this establishment could careless about the cleanliness of the restaurant, the professionalism of their staff and the availability of the very product they offer. Very sad how customer service is a thing of the past :(
