We ordered hamburgers and tenderloins and french fries your representative had a poorly job providing a horrible Customer Service her name is Rebecca with red hair. Take the time to mark each burger as we ordered over $70 worth of food. we asked her to just mark each burger as they were coming up she was reluctant to do so and once we asked her, could you just mark the burger so people won’t be open up the other peoples food she did not want to do that very rude she threw the catchup into the bags when we asked for additional ketchup she did not want to give us one. She walked away did not say thank you for your order once again very rude and disrespectful. The cook in the back was willing to write each sandwich type on the wrapper .she held all of the food and mixed up the orders on purpose when giving it back to us unacceptable she was rude and disrespectful . We will never be back!

The food was decent and fairly priced. The lady that took our order wasn't friendly and rude. Seemed like she didn't want to be there and hates her job or people. I would of left a tip but wasn't happy with the service.Parking: No free parking and street parking is easy to find on non busy days.
The flavor was ok but the burger was oddly rubbery.

Service was good, but my BBQ chicken sandwich was so tough I could hardly eat it. The chicken was so hard to chew I spat most of it out but I was starving and didn't have time on my work lunch break to get anything else. I think maybe the chicken just got overcooked, it all tasted good I just couldn't chew it

Guys - its been a while but I am here to STAN over the burgers. A classic cheeseburger is thin, juicy, buttery and everything you need it to be. With all the other available options in the garage I still find myself fitting a burger into the mix each time I go. You will not be disappointed!
I wish I could give a more honest review of the food but even before I ate I already had a bitter taste in my mouth from the interaction with the cashier. He was extremely rude, kept cutting me off and seemed annoyed by my mere presence. Who would let someone with such poor customer service skills wait on customers on a busy Saturday night?!? I think the burger was ok, but honestly I felt so disrespected I didn't even want to eat it. Also, he kept sarcastically calling the cooking staff "hombre" so he (large white guy) sounds a bit racist too.

The cashier (an overweight white male) was on his cell phone the entire 15 minutes I was standing there waiting on my order. Didn’t wash his hands not once. His attitude was nonchalant and gave that he didn’t want to be there. I had to repeat my order because he wasn’t listening. When my order came up in the window, I looked only to see a man licking and sucking his fingers eating fries. Lastly I asked for my order to go. They gave it to me in a dine in tray. I asked for a to go container and he offered me a tiny box and said sorry this is all I can do. I absolutely never write bad reviews for any place. I usually just decide not to return but this place needed to be exposed. I hope anyone who dines here has a strong stomach because my food (which was cold fresh out) definitely had me gagging and went in the trash. Don’t let the fancy designs of the hall make you think you’re getting great food! Please get some new employees that aren’t disgusting.

Located in the Garage Food Hall close to the back, you'll find this burger joint. The staff were friendly and quick to place my food order. I decided to try the patty melt with crinkle cut fries as a side. The burger was served hot and was tasty. The fries were seasoned well and I enjoyed my meal. You can take your food to go or eat in the dining hall which has ample seating.
