Employees always ring up my order in different ways so I never know if I'm paying $12 or $20 for the same amount of food and then try to cop an attitude with me for pointing out the inconsistencies. I've been coming here for 3-4 years but I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Used to go here regularly but the location has been going downhill recently. The staff doesn’t wear cloves and one time was wiping his nose while serving. Food portions have also been shrinking.

Male(African American wearing eyeliner and a lot of makeup) working cash register starred at my friend and I down so bad that I felt so uncomfortable we I should say, that wasnt all they were making fun of my friend we saw him & his coworker (African young lady) looking and laughing w each other when it was time to pay he had a very very nasty attitude, he slammed my burrito and threw my utensils to eat with so much disgust… it took a lot of me to not say anything but I was terribly disappointed at the first experience of core life this makes Corelife look bad

Two employees both not . friendly. Both acted like we were in inconvenience as well as bothersome. First time here for group of 3. Restaurant was slow only 2 other people there. We first said we were new and could they assist us on what direction to take. No comment from employee not even a hello or welcome. Food was amazing and will go back another time. But training is needed to assist help on social skills. I normally don't write a review but I loved the food just not the energy the people with me we all tipped nicely and joked at the table we were all looking to get a smile.Dont blame employees look at the management side and training.
I had the Buddha Bowl. It was delicious! The server was very patient and accommodating since I had never been there before.Vegetarian options: Fairly large vegetarian options. The food is on the healthy side.
I’ve been coming here for years as it is one of the few healthy places you can get on-the-go. That being said, I’ve always felt the staff is extremely hostile. I typically don’t pay much attention to customer service but the blatant, callous attitude by workers is palpable at the 82nd st location! All the time, for years! I’ve never seen anyone smile at me or act as if they have any interest in being there or doing their job. It’s also hard to justify paying $15-16 a bowl when employees are responsible for your portions and lately have been adding little ingredients to each.

Refused to honor coupon given to me at time of purchasing gift cards. Manager said it was good until end of January 2024 at time of purchasing gift cards but employee at checkout refused to accept it. Don’t honor their word. Offered me these coupons as inventive to buy the gift card, essentially getting 20% off and then refused to honor them. Well, you lost two customers today over $5 coupon.
