I usually love this place and order all the time. I always order the Chicken and Dumplings with green beans on the side. Today I got my lunch via Uber Eats and ate the green beans and started eating the chicken when I realized the chicken was really undercooked. All of the chicken was really pink and some pieces still had blood on them. I immediately stopped eating it and threw it away and I pray I don’t get sick from the pieces I did eat. I haven’t ordered from this place in a while but normally the chicken is white and cooked properly. I hope management sees this because this could make someone really ill. Raw chicken is no joke.

As per usual I had a great time with family and the food was good as usual, thankfully I've never had a bad food experience, sometimes I think the servers may be over worked, but for the most part the service is good as well ??❤️??

The meal was very good. Service was excellent and the wait was reasonable.Parking: Large parking lot makes it easy to find a parking space.

I'm only here to give a good review for our amazing server Joe and the rest of the staff around 7-8pm on 4/19/24. My grandma Sue's birthday was today and our server Joe was absolutely phenomenal. He had the BEST jokes, amazing service, n showed us a few magic tricks that ill remember for the rest of my life. He gave us the best service we have ever experienced, anywhere. We live in Lebanon and usually visit the Whitestown location, but my grandpa does not appreciate their service. Joe made jokes with all of our party of 5, none of us felt left out. We ALL appreciated his humor and friendly service, none of it was rude or insincere. Very quick witted, attenttive, and ultimately kind especially to my grandma. I lf i could give this dude 10 stars and a raise i would, so i'm DEMANDING that cracker barrel give this man the entire store and a raise. The staff came out of the kitchen without us asking, and sang happy birthday to my grandma. It made her so happy and if i can attach the video, i will. In the store, i was looking at the elvis collection with my sister and the kind gentleman offered his help if we needed something and apologized for being in the way, and i assured him if anything, WE were in HIS way. My favorite part, was joe coming back with my to-go order for my man, i was confused because i thought it'd be up front when i went to pay, so he walked up to the counter waiting for me and oh my, was i wheezing. He waited for me with humor and respect of course, and it made my night. This is my first time at this location, and i will ONLY be back on Fridays for Joe. I can't put into words how great of an experience he made for us on my grandmas special day. I could definitely add more with our experience, but these are just key points. TIP THIS MAN! He deserves it.Joe if you see this, ill be back on a friday night soon. Don't call off hahaBonus points: when i asked his name, he said "my name is Joe, they call me Joseph for short." LMAOParking: Parking was vacant, probably a less busy day. My grandpa needed a handicap spot but i think there were only 2, maybe 4.

We order to go to this location a lot via phone or the app. They need to update the app to accept gift cards. The food is good, but getting everything that you ordered correctly is usually an issue. Every time we order, items are either missing or our customizations aren't correct. Like in the pictures below, I ordered no gravy on the chicken but received extra gravy instead. My loaded baked potato came with no butter or sour cream. The loaded sweet baked potato was missing ingredients and had a crouton on it. Sometimes, our experience is great, other times not. Overall, it's a good location, food is good, lots of menu choices and portions are good size. They just need to get it together on making the to go orders correct and packing them correctly with everything. The country store has a lot of cool items, food and candy, kinda pricey but nice.
I don't have anything bad to say about this place it's just not for me.One thing the server was a delight ?

We love this Cracker Barrel! Not just the home cooking but also all the patrons! It's wonderful to sit and chat with those around us! It's a great place to go!
You can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel, and this location is no exception. Aside from being sold out of items from time to time, their menu items are always consistently good. The wait staff is friendly and courteous, and always patient with our children.

Went here with my family for breakfastThe food wasn't all that great and they had ran out of blueberries syrup to go with my blue blueberrie pancakes the service we waited forever for our food but the Sevier was very friendly...l just think it was a low staff day
