Matt, who was our order taker, was very professional and patient with my elderly aunt. He took care of us and demonstrated great character and leadership. Our food came out so quick, and it was hot and very tasty. Some of the others at the restaurant said kind words and joked with us from another table. A great atmosphereKid-friendliness: Much more delicious than other fast food places, kids will love it and especially the dessert selection.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and easy access to the restaurant

I just wish that they would double check the orders before giving them to the customer. When we got home we realized my husband's sandwich was missing and he did not feel like driving back to this place to get the order corrected. Just not good. The food we did get was greasy and luke warm which is not normal for this Culvers.

We waited 16 minutes to get our order after placing it at the counter. When it arrived it was not correct. I ordered a Culver's deluxe single with no bun. It arrived with no cheese. They also didn't bring mayo or silverware. If I am going to wait 16 minutes, I expect the order to be correct when it arrives at the table. The person who brought it couldn't get out of there fast enough. I had to stop him and ask for silverware. When he went to get it I noticed the missing cheese! Culver's used to be a top notch restaurant in town but they are slipping.
Used the drive thru to get a quick lunch. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Had to give 1 star on all categories because I never even finished placing my order. The drive through worker is either too high or too incompetent to understand the words HOT FUDGE.... after my 4th attempt to communicate this apparently unheard of topping I just drove away.
I do like Culver’s food and the food at this location was fine. The indifferent service was disappointing. The workers weren’t rude or mean or anything of the sort. But I got the distinct feeling there were just other places they wanted to be.

This place has become our Christmas Eve tradition. As morbid as it sounds, we go here in honor of our grandparents before going to the cemetery to reminisce about our Christmas memories of them.
