I had caught food poisoning the next day from this place & my fries were cold. I tried to contact manger to receive better quality of fries and one of the young ladies had an attitude. So I will not waste my time coming back!!

To be honest the food is a 7/10, pretty high for a “fast food” restaurant. The place is clean and nice and the customer service is good. My complaint is the music. I had to leave. The music was awful and very loud. I don’t wanna be listening country music while eating my shrimp dinner. I rather go to McDonalds just cause I can’t stand the music Culver’s plays.

Service was bad. The young Lady that was supposed to be taken out orders stood there talking and hanging out with her friends and after about 10 minutes then she decided to take the gentlemen's order in front of me and then take mine.
