I love Dairy Queen but this is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Customer service is hit or miss, but usually is terrible. They always get my order wrong - literally always. I am so fed up. I live in the neighborhood and I want to give them business however after so many times of them getting my order wrong-which feels intentional at this point- I am done going here. I wish that I could buy this store so I could make it better. It is a complete waste of money because the items will either be completely incorrect or not quality. Do not come here. It is literally the worst.

I'm sick of them closing when they want to. It is advertised that they close at 10pm and every time I get there by 9:30 their closed and look at people as if their a problem. I'm sick of poor service and staff doing what they want. Bad Business if you ask me! 3 cats turned away....

i was denied service because i ordered a banana split and went back around to pick up a doordash order and the employee named lucas was claiming i confirmed the order which i did not and we tried to show him proof but he refused to look at the phone because he knew he was in the wrong. He wouldn’t allow me to pick up the order and would not explain why. He also wouldn’t give me the number to corporate or any other assistance.

Went in for Chili dog left insulted...I got combo with drink -no ice...he proceeded to put ice in the cup and realized he done so -dumped it out then started to put pepsi in cup...I stopped him and asked for fresh cup he said why cause I put ice in it I said yes he then said it was stupid...I said to you..he said to everyone...I asked for a refund...Not Today ...so much for customer service.and another brown employee just stood and laughed at the whole thing-also not cool or kind

The customer service needs work very rude asked if they do anything for birthdays although i was still gonna spend money the worker rudely says nah they don't do nothing like that...lot is very trashy..Might be back not to excited.

This place sucks. I ordered an Oreo blizzard on DoorDash and received a plain cup of ice cream. I tried to call store to see about reordering and making sure they read the order this time and of course they never answer!!!!!!!!!!! Irvington is better that Dairy Queen treats you like family.

Their hours are horrendously inconsistent. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed pulling up to this DQ. Don’t put that you’re open until 11, with your neon open sign still on, lights still on, if you’re not going to be open. Simple as that. Once I pulled up to the place, I could clearly hear someone muting their mic so they don’t have to respond the drive thru. I’d understand this if it was 10:40, even 10:20 or 10 pm but 9:30? When you close at 11? This is why I never try to get DQ past 6 cause I won’t know if I’m gonna waste my time driving over there or not. Management really slacking bad

Service: horrible and rudeFood: garbage. Something is always wrong. They will give you the worlds smallest chicken tenders and make you pay $13 for it. Couldn't even butter or cut the bread???? Worst DQ imaginable.I see the manager commenting on people's reviews yet every time I go to this DQ I receive the same service and mess ups? I worked at a DQ- it's the worlds easiest job. People are just lazy and rude. I won't be coming here ever again...

Dining room not open even though the signs said it's open 11 pm,drive thru sign light is broken so bring a flashlight so you can read it.

This place have employees with rude attitude and gave me an inaccurate order. Had me waiting too long for a pick up order. Drink melted. Never coming back and don't recommend this place.
