What a beautiful little gem! Been here a few times, it's been a minute tho! Great staff! Service is PHENOMENAL, everything from the ice cream, the yogurts, and any sort of Mexican sweets they sell here is GREAT! My kiddo wanted ice cream so we came to have a scoop of ice cream! Much love n glad this spot is doing well!

I'd been craving a Mangonada for a few days and boy did this place hit the spot! My beverage was sweet, salty, spicy and full of mangoes! What else can you ask for? My friend got a yogurt and it was chock full of fresh fruit, too. I will definitely be coming back again!

I love their mango and cucumber lime drinks, they look at me crazy when I ask to mix them but they're sooo good! Not a lot of food options, more of snacks on the menu.

I have been wanting to try a mangonada ever since I started yelping a couple years ago and finally on a trip to the big city I was able to find a spot to get one! This place has a nice sized parking lot that is shared with several other businesses in the strip mall where it is located. As you walk in you just get a sense of all the wonderful things that are offered here. There are colorful photos all over the walls and you can see a large case with several different types of ice creams etc. They do have a few booths and tables where you can sit and enjoy your treat if you so choose however I was on a time crunch so I opted to take mine to go. The ordering was fairly simple, I just chose what I wanted and the size and within a minute or two I had my treat in my hands. The fruit was delicious and the mango sorbet was sweet with just the right amount of sour and add to that the tajin and chamoy added the spice it needed to tie it all together. I cannot wait to return and do it all over again!

Delicias Jalisco is a local ice cream shop right off of 38th Street. I decided on visiting here after seeing a picture of their mangollada on a friend's Snapchat story. This mango sorbet is topped with fresh mango, tajin and chamoy sauce. Just writing about it makes my mouth water all over again. On of my friends accompanied me on this visit. Walking into the shop, we viewed the menu largely printed on the wall with ease. It was safe to assume that many of the items were freshly made just by looking through the items--that, and the large piles of fruit that were behind the counter confirmed my suspicions. I really appreciated the pictures next to the text because I like to see what I'm getting into before ordering. My friend noted that the menu was easy to read because each Hispanic food had an English translation right next to it.I got the mangollada without hesitation because I am a s***** for the mango and tajin combo, and my friend ordered an oreo paleta. Paletas are a Mexican frozen treat that are very similar to popsicles, but they are made with whole ingredients, such as fresh fruit or desserts. We decided to sit inside to eat our frozen treats because we didn't want them to melt on our drive. Plus, we were just really excited to try what we ordered.I found the mangollada to be just as good as I anticipated--sweet with the perfect level of spicy. The mango sorbet was a little sweeter than I expected it to be, but each bite incorporated some spice due to the generously added tajin and chamoy sauce. The balance between flavors was perfect. I really enjoyed the tamarind covered straw at the end because it tasted just like Pulparindo candy. It was like the cherry on top for my tastebuds. I found the $5 price to be reasonable for this unique drink, so I was happy with my purchase.Delicias Jalisco also serves tortas, hotdogs, fresh fruit juice, fruit smoothies and milkshakes. My friend and I just wanted a quick fix of dessert during our visit, but I would happily stop in again to try their food.

Stopped in for dessert after having dinner nearby. I had seen pictures of the mangonada from my fellow Yelpers, and knew I had to try one. It was so unique and good! I ordered a medium, but would have been satisfied with a small size. My husband got a frozen chocolate-dipped banana covered in coconut. The staff was very friendly and did speak English, despite what some other reviews said. We both enjoyed our treats and will definitely be back!

This place is much Better than the other dessert Mexican spot "La Michocana" or whatever it is. This place is cleaner, more friendly, and has a real menu posted up with the prices. They actually have someone here who spoke English and could help us figure out what to order. We got what everyone else in the reviews were raving about and it was awesome and worth it. We got a small/regular size but it was more than enough. They give you so much in the small, it's hard to finish it! Money well spent. We will be back!

Updating this review! My latest visit was even tastier than the last and the staff was extremely friendly. If it's your first visit, might I suggest ordering the mangonada with mango sorbet, chunks of mango, chamoy spread throughout and a tamarind straw. There's so much flavor to this dessert (I'm a s***** for the sweet/spicy/salty flavor combination). Enjoy!
