That's true... I had to return mine... They didn't want to take it from me or return my money as if I went to ask them... the good thing is that I won't go again... I throw them at them because of the way they treated me... I don't recommend it. I don't know who the managers are but they should keep an eye on it.

Please do not waste your time or gas at this business. They are extremely rude and very unprofessional ALL THE TIME. They were closing down the store before the stated time on the website. I got there about 5 minutes prior too. I had already ordered online and paid for it so I came to pick it up. I stood at the door, they all looked at me and keep getting there stuff ready to leave, mind you it was not closing time. You could have acknowledged me to say we are closed or something. He acted like I was not standing there. I finally knocked again pissed off this time because you see me standing here. He comes to the door and I tell him that I came to pick up my order and he tries to pretend that I didn’t make an order. ? I pulled up the receipt on my phone. Then he tried to act like he remembered. I said, so you guys were going to take my money and my food?” The professional thing to do was to call to let me know that you were closing the store early for whatever reason and to please come to pick up your food within this amount of time. It has been a while since I been to this location because of their horrible customer service and the way that they handle their business. Nobody forced you to work their and it is the customers who is putting money in your pockets…. PLEASE HUMBLE YOURSELF because there are other pizza places out there with better quality pizza and normal professional customer service ?.

Everything was horrible didn't get the right drink pizza was very old and dry and my toppings was off to the side plus my chicken was horrible every other flat was broken I ordered brownies they gave me lava cakes..very upsetting ?

Ordered a simple 2 topping pizza and a steak sandwich. I got a dry pizza and a chicken sandwich with pineapple that I waited over an hour for about 5 blocks away! Called the store they acted like they couldn't hear me then hung up. I kept calling back and No one would answer. How do you take people's money and give them whatever you want then call it a night! This was horrible why are they still in business???

Honestly, comically bad. About 40 mins for a carryout pizza while a building full of staff do what they want.Customer service aside, I would avoid for hygienic reasons. They are NOT changing gloves between preparing pizzas and other task.-One employee was taking personal calls the whole time-One employee would stoping making a pizza half way through, ran to the back, then come back and finish the pizza.-One employee literally just stood in a corner for the 30 mins I was in there-ONE delivery driver was trying to run the show.
Waited almost an hour for delivery. This store gives a bad taste to the Domino's name. Not the first time, had issues. Manager needs to step up and take some accountability. Won't ever use them again.

I love Dominos, but this is Absolutely unacceptable Yesterday I ordered their extravaganZzza pizza First, no doubt about that The pizza came fast, but that’s not where I’m complaining. When I actually bit into the pizza. A lot of the vegetables were still raw. So I called Dominos to see if I can get a remake No one answered and I kept calling up there and calling up there and calling out there so when somebody answered the guy was like what took you so long did you enjoy the pizza first before you called up here to get a new one, Which is completely unacceptable and rude. When I asked for a remake he told me no because he believed that I had already ate the pizza. When I asked to speak to a manager No one would let me speak to a manager and then finally today. The manager said only thing that we can do is send your remake which is fine but their customer service sucks. You can’t even get a refund if they mess up your food
