I’ve come to this Dunkin for 2-3 years and at first it was my favorite Dunkin . NOW . DO NOT GO HERE. They will argue that your food is hot when you visually see that it’s not and feel that it’s not. They always mess up my coffee now . Needs new people . I hate it here I deserve so many refunds this Dunkin literally sucks. I won’t be back .

This is hands down my favorite Dunkin in Indy. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The drinks are always mixed well and the food is fresh.

This location steals money and refuses to give refunds stay away. Been to this location multiple times and every time they get the orders wrong. Recent trip ordered 5 different donuts all 5 were wrong. Ordered 10 donut holes didn’t receive one. 11 in the morning no cars in the lot or drive thru and they still mess the entire order up. I can see why no one visits this location in such a great spot.

This company has not been keeping up with its ethical commitments. Don’t support dunkin. They support animal cruelty.

Incredibly slow, order is always wrong, try and avoid. Regardless if you are the only one in line it will take at least 15

The food was good. The workers were sassy and didn't speak too much English. And at first glance, the store looks clean but I found toenails on the ground and they were trying to charge us for water

On Friday December 8th at 6:00AM I went to Dunkin Donuts and was having some challenges on using the Dunkin Donuts app to place my order. I was freshly awoke and Shanu who was taking my order, was extremely helpful and pleasant. And a couple times looked at the app on my android to help navigate me through it. That was a stellar example of customer service. Thank You Shanu.

Ordinarily, I serve up full-length reviews that are both charming and a little irritating. However, I'm not sure I need to do much to explain Dunkin' and I'm not in the mood to provide a history lesson. This location at 49th and College is one of the newer locations in Indy. It's directly across from Upland Brewing. The building itself has been somewhat updated, though SoBro in general tends to have a bit of a worn-out charm to it. This Dunkin' pretty much has what every other location has - donuts, drinks, coffees, sandwiches, snacks, wraps, bagels, muffins, etc. Dunkin does offer a rewards program with an app. Wildly popular out east, Dunkin has seen a resurgence in Indy with several locations throughout Indy. This location does also offer a drive-thru that is pretty well designed. You can easily pull out of the drive-thru and turn on 49th. So, how is it? While I tend to enjoy Dunkin, even I'll admit it's not because the donuts are necessarily gourmet. They're solid working class donuts and I love the drink options - the drink options, at least for me, far surpass Krispy Kreme. The employees I met here were friendly and helpful. I ordered 3 chocolate frosted yeast donuts and a large unsweetened iced tea. It came out to $8.01 - seems excessive to me and I've noticed as of late that something as basic as iced tea is really priced high here. I've definitely reduced my visits to the chain. I received three yeast donuts (no chocolate to be found anywhere) and a large unsweetened iced tea that was a bit light. The overall impact of the order was "meh." It's not bad. It's not good. Would I rush back? Nope. I like the drive-thru. I'm recovering from some health issues and not having to get out of a vehicle is great, but even for drive-thru experiences there are better options close by including The Human Bean (no donuts, but great pastries and better drinks). Would I return in a pinch? Sure, but given average service, inaccurate orders, and pricing a bit too high I can't possibly consider anything higher than a 3-star review.
