Everybody goes to the drive-through, so it was nice and quiet. I didn't want to use the tablet to order since I needed to customize. Someone noticed me quickly and took my order in person.
This feels like that *one* McDonald's that's franchise-owned, and the owner does the bare minimum to keep the restaurant within corporate code.Service was okay until a person became disgruntled.Make the environment (and the employees, on some level) a little softer and less 80s factory. Everyone tends toward kindness if the environment is calming.
