Ordered a hot latte and received a cold one.I showed the receipt where it said hot.They took it back, replaced.It then gave me a lukewarm latte. I'm pretty sure they didn't even remake it.But they just ran it through a heater of some sort.
My complaint with this location (and a few other Dunkin’s) is zero barista consistency. I ordered an iced coffee that isn’t even brown, so it’s pretty much milk with maybe a splash of coffee. The food is good, and the baristas seem nice, but this place is absolutely disappointing if you want a coffee. It’s a gamble whether they will make it with coffee or not.

I go to this Dunkin every morning to order the new ‘Sparked Energy’ drink. The consistency here is horrible. Most times my drink is made ok but this morning Wednesday 4/17/2024 at 6:30 am someone did not want to be at work. I got nothing but sparkling water. This has happened once before at this Dunkin. What is so hard about pushing a pump 6 times to make sure you get the right amount of syrup ?
