This Dunkin has messed up my order a few times now. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich sub white cheddar, and it came with American. I also got an iced coffee with 1 milk and less ice and it was full of ice and looked like a latte. Dunkin is my favorite for value in this economy, but this location misses the mark.

My friend and I decided to have breakfast at Duncan. She had a large coffee with cream and a bacon and egg with CHEESE bagel..I had same order, except I can’t have dairy, so I ordered almond milk, and no cheese. Simple, right?? Well, I was charged $1.00 more on my order for the almond milk.. does this seem fair? She wasn’t charged more for cream!!! Why is this fair? ONE DOLLAR!!! Seems people who can’t have dairy are being punished!!! Really pisses me off!! Oh, and of course my bill was not adjusted for not getting the cheese!! Lol

Went through drive thru. Could not understand person on intercom. Placed order and when we got to window to pickup we were told the donut holes we wanted not available. Mistake for anywhere to not have people of another nationality on intercom if they can't understand customer or vice versa.
