I’ve been to Eating Fresh twice and each time I had quality food that I was throughly impressed with. Service wise my first experience was good. I don’t remember the name of the woman who was my server but she was friendly. My second experience was not as good, unsatisfactory even. Not sure of his name, but he seemed to maybe be the owner, a Vietnamese man. I was treated with bare minimum service, I was never checked on (almost as if I was being ignored towards the end) and I noticed he mentioned a price change that he said was not updated on the menu to me but not to the next table. Between the time I finished my food and the time I cashed out I waited about 20 minutes. It was not busy in the slightest so I’m confused about the wait to be checked on. In the end, I wasn’t cashed out by him, I was cashed out by the woman who served me the previous time. He was not very friendly and I felt unwelcomed after I noticed I was not being serviced the same as the other tables. As an African American woman, I was beyond disappointed, upset and displeased at my recent service. I enjoyed the food but I don’t see myself returning for these reasons.

Ate here tonight for the first time. We had BBQ pork banh mi, pork noodle bowl, and fried tofu. Very flavorful and delicious. All the veg were crunchy, and service was great! Our server helped explain what everything was. ?

Everything we had was spectacular. The chef/owner came out and had a very interesting conversation with us about his vision of the restaurant's future. The seafood Pho was outstanding, The broth is velvety and rich in flavor. Both the spring rolls and regular egg rolls were top notch. The highlight for us is the Vietnamese pancake, which the owner takes great pride in, and deservedly so.

I really the location and my waitress was friendly. Be careful not to bang your knees on the machine under the table. We had chicken pho, Vietnamese chicken wings and spring rolls. Everything was yummy. I can't wait to go back and try other entrees.

Updated:Beautiful inside, food has been excellent. The owners clearly take great pride in the experience of their customers; our toddler was being fussy so they offered to show him the kitchen and the cashier system, he loved it and made a few friends in the process! We will be back!A couple menu items require advance notice because they’re time intensive to prepare fresh, so plan accordingly for hot pot

Food was absolutely delicious!I had the Hokkaido milk tea which was very fresh tasting. The pancakes were also amazing, and flavors stuck out very well. The chicken pho had a nice light flavor, and chicken was tender too.

Inside the restaurant is beautiful, and it smells very good when you walk in and had us in high hopes. Our server was very passive aggressive and difficult to work with. When we finally got our food, my beef short rib had a long black hair on it. The beef is chewy and not seasoned. The broth isn't flavorful and the chicken wings, spring rolls and egg rolls had a weird smell. The chef was nice and personally made me a new bowl, only for me to get half way through it to find a second hair!! It was very gross, not professional and I do not recommend. Save your money and try a new spot.

Had a girls night out Saturday and decided to have dinner at Eat Fresh because of their Devour menu. We were seated behind a large group of women and the hostess brought water then informed us we could scan the QR code to get the full menu to see in detail what was offered on the Devour menu. We then waited about 10 mins before our server came by. She apologized profusely. We had questions about the Devour menu and finally she gave us a real menu to look over. The food was delicious. I had the Spicy Beef Noodle and my friend had the steak Pho and both asked for hot tea. When the check came we were taken back by the the $7 tea. It was in a little tea pot with ONE tea bag. Im sorry but that's way overpriced. Next time I wont have tea.
