“As long as you get it fresh the food is good. Only had a problem with the catfish but I don't order it anymore. Chicken is their specialty so I'll stick with ordering that. Customer service was actually great the last few times I ordered.Parking: The parking lot is a pothole country. Should I say ditches.“

“The wings are dry wings with a special seasoning (maybe lemon pepper- not 100% sure) and they are addicting. Nice size, great value, and very tasty. The gyro is the best I’ve had in Indy; I highly recommend it. Fries are generally pretty good as well, but the fried okra is where it’s at! Service can feel a bit slow- but remember that it’s all cooked to order. The owner is a nice guy as well“

“I asked them if they hiring the way I see they was moving fast and those are the people I like to be working with not slow people that’s not getting work done but dammn I wish I could give them 100 star. It was only 2 guys and they did that. They moved fast and get everyone out the way. I appreciate them the fact it’s only 2 of them good costumer service the fact they were busy and still be nice to costumer it was about 8 people in there and they put in work they only one I had seen there they deserve a raised tbh this was my first time and from now this where I’m getting my wings at. “Don't let the hole in the wall exterior fool you, or the tiny waiting room that has seen better days. The food here is the real deal, with an owner who is clearly passionate about making really good, hand made food with a lot of love. Our party got three dinner platters - chicken, ocean perch, and catfish nuggets - and all of it was great. The breading is crispy and has a nice flavor, and despite being fried, isn't greasy. French fries complement these dishes nicely, as well as the seasoning blend that tops it all - definitely get the seasoning blend when prompted. The serving sizes range from filling (perch) to borderline excessive (catfish nuggets), and the prices are extremely reasonable.They didn't have malt vinegar for my fish - though he offered to splash it with some of his own before I left - but that's not enough to knock a star off this experience. It really hit the spot after a long day at the race track, and if you're in Speedway with a craving for some carry-out fried comfort food, Fishers is a great choice.“

“Let me tell y’all about this Slapfish.I called in my order to go and order the grinder with the aioli on the side and the Jersey sauce on the side.Because I don’t live close and don’t want my bread soggy.Y’all … that grinder is SO good. I got home to add the sauces on my sandwich and the way I ate it. ? there is SO much meat on it. So worth it. See the pictures below before the sauce and that was only HALF.It was SO good. They do it so good every single time.The guy on the take out side is great & always has an great attitude when I come in.As always I will be returning.“
