Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for my food. They did not give me what I ordered. They did not give me my fries they gave me a small ham and cheese when I ordered the big ham and cheese. The burritos were terrible. Very disappointed......I will not be back!

Listennnnn this location only had one employee by the name of Dakota! For him to be by himself and he holding down the lobby and the drive thru. He the cook and the cashier. And he still provided exceptional amazing customer service! If yall don't give this hard working man a raise!!!

We just left the drive thru without completing our order because the woman taking our order had an attitude and was huffing and puffing as we ordered. She also kept saying "is that all?" With an attitude. We asked her if there was a problem with he ordering and she said no but I don't trust someone so inconvenience doing their job to touch my food. Look I get you don't get paid much and the job is not the best but find a new one if you are not happy. Everyone is hiring. Either way I won't be back to this location when several are in the area.

Terrible. Stopped by to order while on the road. Food was kind of cold, didn't seem that fresh, and the burger patties were undercooked. First and last time I eat at a Hardee's.

Went when they were open through the drive through and myself and 3 other people didn’t get service. Nobody answered when clearly people were there and no signs or anything stating they were opening later. Waste of time.

The employees were very pleasant and it was clean and just listening to the employees talking as a team was a pleasant change in a fast food restaurant.

I gave 3 stars because the biscuit and gravy was really, really good. The service on the other hand wasn't great. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, there was a younger guy standing there. I handed him my card, he ran it, never saying a word to me the entire time. Even after he handed me my food, I said thank you and he just stood there, awkwardly staring at me.

Every time I've tried to order something here they say their computers are down. Just lazy people lying so they don't have to work. I'm not sure how they haven't shut down yet or how any manager worth a dollar hasn't fired them all.

This Hardee’s is always out of something every time I go here, today they were out of biscuits. I used to go to the Hardee’s on Thompson’s rd, but the new employees give me a bad vibe. I love Hardee’s breakfast, but since they can’t get it together I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere. It’s sad someone won’t step in from higher up and fix things!

A year later, no ice. Ice is the easiest thing in the world to create. The drinks taste like soap, maybe that’s a good thing? Looks like this place has been closed for 20 years with one guy still working the place hanging on for dear life to his dreams. THIS LOCATION NEEDS ATTENTION ASAP!

Good luck making an order. They won’t even answer you until they are ready. Seems like they do it to try and get bad interactions. People don’t have time for that type of bs. If you don’t want customers just say so. They posted a note on the drive thru with some improper English and not even a complete sentence. They should put a sign that says we will help you at our convenience or not at all enjoy sitting there waiting.
