lady at the window was rude af. said they weren’t making shakes which was cool we just asked for the money back and she said we had to get something else so when we were trying to decide she was very rude and trying to rush us… so we got an apple turn over and asked for ranch ketchup and mustard she proceeded to tell us we owed $.55 for ranch after just paying $5 for a shake we couldn’t get. we then got the ranch but no ketchup and mustard. 10/10 don’t recommend if you like nice service (:

I didn't go in. It was a long wait at drive thru for fast food. The gentleman at the window acted like I was asking him for his first born for extra ketchup. He gave me 2. I 3xplained my 5 year old eats more ketchup than food but he didn't care. The food isn't worth the money.

Employees over charge card to pocket money please be careful. Was threatened when asked about over charge in the window and told by employee that I would be handled or we could make something happen. Don’t you want your money stolen and extra charges on your card this is the place for you.

I showed them the receipt that has the time and order details but they refused to make citing " we neva gotchya orduh" "a receipt Neva came out"Let me AXE you a question. Did you even refill the receipt machine with a fresh roll of paper. Yea I'm betting your ? didn't know.I've had to dispute 2 charges with them.

It’s a relatively standard Hardee’s that I would guess is from the late 80s or early 90s. Plenty of seating indoors and a decent drive-through.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the associated lot
