Food is always hot and fresh. Service is a little on the slow side. And the drive-thru usually takes FOREVER!!! But the food is totally worth it!!!

I was in and out pretty quick. Had pretty good service. I did have a sandwich made that was supposed to have no mayonnaise on it, I got home and my son told me they didn't listen and there was mayonnaise on it. I should have checked before I left and I didn't.

Went to Hardee's after work around 2:35am.It was Open, the lady had a great attitude and the Burgers were so delicious and mouth watering. The fries were crispy. Loved it. Other Hardee's I've been to usually greasy or bad attitudes. But honestly, i will be going back. And the lady definitely need a raise. She always got a good attitude.

Ok. The staff are friendly but am I wrong to think it takes more than friendly to operate a business. The inside needs updated, it looks forgotten in the 80's. My food was alright, I mean it was edible and looked right but my tacos were missing toppings and 1 only had meat only one was literally a shell with lettuce inside. Only lettuce. The sandwich my kids had was the same. One sandwich literally had a cut in half hamburger patty. They were super slammed I seen 3 workers all looked to be 16-17 yrs old, that's it period in the almost 47 minutes I was there from walking in, ordering, collecting the food, walking out was 47 minutes. I did not go back to complain because as I said, I feel they tried.The point of this post is, I'm hoping management read this and get these kids some helpers. Especially during peak times or when they have a rush. There would be plenty to do and being this location Seems busy alot of time, money shouldn't be a reason to not hire adults. EnoughI would eat there again the food wasn't right but we went with the flow. I would check my food before leaving next time. The kitchen and customer area was clean and neat, the restroom was clean. With a little work they would be 5 stars.....
