I attended a conference at the Indy Convention Center the last 4 days. Stayed at the JW Marriott. High Velocity is located in that hotel. It became my main eating place during my stay. The food is very good and moderately priced. I especially enjoyed the sweet potato fries and the short rib tacos. The service was excellent. I highly recommend High Velocity for those staying at the JW Mariott in Indianapolis.

Sat at the bar, had great food and drinks. We shared 1/2 sandwiches. Liked the Philly cheese the best. But the rye bread for the Ruben was good, sandwich was a little dry so liked the Philly better. Friends had burger and salad. They were good too.

great service, and food. The wings were a hightlight Crispy, flavorful, and a variety of sauces. the cajun dry rub was my favorite. very friendly staff and everyone was very attentive to anything we needed.

High Velocity has an excellent menu, great food and very prompt service. The waitresses were very knowledgeable and intuitive. Great atmosphere. Kid friendly, handicap accessible, available parking nearby. I highly recommend them.

It's the end of a crappy week, and High Velocity absolutely turned it around. The hostess was cheerful and personable and seated me right away. Nick (server) was at my table in less than a minute. I followed his suggestion and ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. Absolutely delicious. He as attentive and kept me in iced tea. The Sports Bar vibe was welcoming and not obnoxious as sports bars can be. 5 stars!!!

We stopped in for lunch during a trade show. Cassandrea was our server. She is fantastic and I recommend requesting her. I had the brisket mac and cheese sandwich, which is as amazing as it sounds. Sweet potato fries on the side, also outstanding. Even with the inrush of people, this restaurant still runs smoothly and produces great dishes.

We had the best experience. The manager was very pleasant and welcomed us with a great smile. We were seated by the window, to see the view of downtown. The waitress Ariana a delightful, polite, very bubbly and friendly, checked on us constantly making sure we're alright with everything, keeping our coffee and tea warm ...great food, great service great location. I’ve eaten two meals here since I’m staying at the JW. The service is great, but the food is horrible. I got the chicken quesadilla the first time, and tried to play it safe the second time by getting a sandwich and fries. Struck out on both occasions.

I've eaten here every year I come to this hotel. I definitely recommend making a reservation. We were there for a conference and it tends to be difficult to get a table without a long wait. It's an open atmosphere with several TVs to watch the game or anything your heart desires. When I checked in I was able to get 15% discount on the meal and they honored this discount so that was exciting. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Penne Pasta. I also added mushrooms. It had a lot of powerful flavor. The cherry tomatoes, red onions, and green peppers that were in the base of the sauce definitely added to the taste and cut some of the cheesy parmesan cream sauce. I will say there's more sauce than shrimp and pasta. Since I added mushrooms that definitely added to this delicious dish. So if you are near JW Marriott Indianapolis, you should stop by and try High Velocity.

our Waiter, Cal , was amazing and highly attentive. We did the Devour menu and were very happy with the amount of food and the cost. Definitely will go back. OH! you can get your parking validated if you park under the restaurant at the JW Marriott
