Cheerful and fun folks -- The lady who rang me up explained their rewards policy -- I'm glad she did because right now, I have $18 of rewards I can redeem. I bought 2 ham sandwiches at 2 different times, plus some pre-packaged ham. The salad I bought was also very yummy. My sister, who is the pickiest person in Indiana, loved the sandwich and salad. Excellent food and service.

They would not fulfill my lunch order as they were only accepting catering orders. Four days before Christmas and I could not get a sandwich! 4 people behind the counter, only one (me) in the lobby. Very poor customer service.

I have been coming to this Honey Baked Ham location for years. Last year I purchased a ham and when I got it home it was burnt. I was to far away to take it back so I cut the burnt off and served it. This past Thanksgiving I order another ham and requested to look at it first. Due to Covid 19 protical, they were unbale to open the ham for me. So I took it at to my car and opened it and again it was burnt. I took it back into the store and the manager insisted that it was not burnt but it sure did not look like the picture of the ham on the counter or website. He said that it is dark due to the glazing process. He took out another ham and show it to me. It was dark as well but not as bad as the first one. I had to have it for Thansgiving dinner so I accepted it. Just look at the pictures attached and then look at the pitures on the website. I will not go back to this loaction.

Had such an incredible experience here. I was warmly welcomed in by Cynthia C and she was really went above and beyond helping me pick out my order. Truly one of the best experiences I've had at Honey Baked! Wanda then checked me out and was also very kind and helpful. 10/10 experience here! Especially want to give a S/O to Cynthia C. her boss is LUCKY to have someone like this be the face of this branch!
Love being able to pop in here for a ham bone anytime I want to make soup. Their chicken salad is very tastee too.

I was in the area and stopped by to check out the Turkey for New Years. The two women working that day was so helpful and kind that I ended up buying a complete meal with sides and rolls. Made New Years Eve very easy for this person and I really appreciated that!

Love this food stop by for a sandwich, or take home a dinner. Whatever you choose your bound to be pleased. My two favorite sandwiches are the :Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Smoked Honey Baked Turkey Breast, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Duke’s® buttermilk ranch on multigrain bread. Delicious! And the :Ham Classic Sandwich. Honey Baked Ham topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, Duke’s® mayonnaise, and hickory honey mustard on a flaky croissant.And we often take home a Full Smoked Turkey Breast Dinner. Always premium 100% white breast meat, This meal includes one Honey Baked Smoked Turkey Breast, one Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin, one Tuscan-Style Broccoli (simply bake or microwave), and a 12-pack of King's Hawaiian Rolls.
