Russell and his entire staff were some of the most hospitable people I’ve met & they went out of their way to service us. My toddler and I enjoyed our sandwiches. Everything was fresh & delicious! This establishment is clean & operated at a high level. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Russell :)

The lady from Buffalo with the cool hat was the BEST! Made my day. Also the honeybaked ham toasted was one of my top 3 sandwiches I have had in my life. New fan.

They fired me right before Thanksgiving and the things I could say what they are selling to the customers and the talk they talk all I can say is not true.

I went into the store on 96th and michigan rd to buy1 1/2 pound didn't look good at all when I got it home. I will be going to return the product. Seem like they cut the ham in 1/2 slices to accommodate the weight unacceptable I spent 30.00 dollars on total of 7 half slices ? customer service was off lazy with the turkey hat on rude!!!

I went inside this location to follow up on the Tik Tok trend. I must say the customer service was top notched. Russel walked me through his personal recipes and suggestions he made me feel like family. I applaud this establishment it’s really hard to find old school customer service like this. I will definitely be back!! ❤️

There's no Honey Baked Ham Company outlet near Fishers, IN and that's a shame. However, the food is worth a drive when I'm entertaining. Their service at the 96th St. Iocation is great and I've had good experiences at the Keystone location as well. I have not had an opportunity to travel to the Greyhound Pass store. The store locations I've visited are stocked with condiments, soup mixes and ancillary items for one or a group.

First and last time. Always wondered what what the buzz about Honey baked Ham was. Wonderful hams, family traditions, drove by many times, for many years, but never tried until now. Thai Papaya next door was jam packed, so 4 of us walked over to Honey Baked Ham for lunch. We walked in and the first comment from our party was "Never, ever eat at an empty establishment". Turned out to be true. The neighboring Thai, Mexican and Chinese restaurants are packed....Honey Baked Ham doesn't have a single customer... we should have left. Unfortunately we stayed. Tiny, little, overpriced sandwiches. Employees grudgingly giving you a fraction of what you paid for (but only reminding them what you ordered and showing your receipt, shouldn't be this difficult with 2 employees and 4 customers in the store). The namesake ham? ... looks like ground up, reconstituted, ham with a hint of sweetness...I just don't get the attraction. The sandwich arrived, but I had to go ask for the side that I paid for, the drink that I paid for, and napkins that are kept behind the counter. The heavily advertised $5 mac and cheese side. Two of us ordered it, paid for it and did not receive it. We had to walk back to the counter to ask for the side we paid for. They filled 2 styrofoam containers 1/4 full, because that's all they had (funny, because all of the posters show containers filled to the top) Miniscule quantities of crappy, overpriced food that doesn't look anything like the posters all over the store. Going back to the counter repeatedly to request items that you paid for. How are these people still in business?

just off michigan road a little north of 465 in a small strip mall to the east. I wanted an early lunch and this place was open before 11:-). I love the honey baked ham, so I had a ham sandwich with their special mustard. The lady that waited on me was super nice!! I savored every bite. The store/restaurant is rather large. It was prepared sides you can buy and bake. It also had a selection of desserts.

While at another store yesterday, I decided to go into Honey baked ham to pick up a few slices...you guy that waited on me was friendly, but I couldn't help but notice he had a horrible body odor...personal hygiene is very important especially in the food business

Grabbed some ham salad to take home and a quick bite to eat. The service was great!
