if I could do negative five stars I would. it took over 25 minutes to get someone's attention even with the place not being busy at all. once we finally got someone, we had to repeat the order five times for them to get it. then also had to show which beer was the one we wanted on tap. afterwards, after a hour of getting our to go meal it came back completely wrong

EVERYTIME the food is not good. I keep giving it a try thinking it was just the cook or a bad batch but it doesn't get better. I only eat fish and sometimes chicken. When I got the chicken Philly I had half steak mixed in with the chicken. My nephew said his burger was good. My fried pickles was over cooked.

They weren't busy, but it was Easter. There was a wide variety on the tvs and the music as well, which we enjoyed. All Hooters' wings have tasted different lately. So I can't blame the food on this one.

Messed up to go order . After driving back up there and arguing with manager for an hour because he accused us of lying we received a full refund ! They are in need of new management ! The service is absolutely mediocre. Spent over 100 dollars never again !

45 min and couldn’t get the fries before the meal? I can understand wings taking a while but our appetizers? It was not busy AT ALL. Then the wings came and they weren’t hot, as if they’d been sitting. The cooks were yelling and singing acting fools. The bathroom was gross. Friendly bartender but I feel like she should have been more concerned with her customers food than she was and my drink did not have an extra shooter in it lol o watched her pour it. The manager did take off our wings but we won’t be back to this location. I recommend downtown or greenwood

Can't even rate the food, ordered 3 appetizers which I got charged for all 3 and only received 2 after waiting an hour to get them. Then server barely checked our table to see how we were doing or if we needed drink refills, waited another hour to get our whole order served to us cold! This is the worst experience I've ever had at any dine in restaurant. Yes, they discounted my bill but not much seeing how I was charged for an appetizers I never received and 3 hours of my time waiting for my family & friends to eat! Thank you for ruining my grandsons birthday and his experience at HOOTERS! Sincerely a pissed off customer.

Ordered boneless wings, ending up getting served traditional. No big deal but they were terrible. Won't be going back due to food and service.

These people (managers) (if they even have one atm) are so unorganized, talk to their workers like shit, treat their workers like shit, etc. It was just a trash experience overall. The money was not good either..So many girls came and quit right after the first week or day. If you're thinking this is a cute, gurly, fun experience.. then you're gonna be in for a rude awakening. No respect whatsoever

With more servers than customers at the time, you might think that your food wouldn't get cold while you wait for your servers to put their phone down to run food. Embarrassingly bad service. I'm not sure if I have ever seen servers care less about the patrons in a restaurant.I hate to leave a bad review, but they really deserved this one. Sorry!
