HotBox is my go to pizza. It's always delicious. I love their skinny crust and the square cut. Thats how I prefer my pizza cut.❤️

Hand-tossed pizza was perfect, salads were great. Gluten-free pizza was spongey-soft and pretty disgusting. Im thinking the employees don’t cook them very often and weren’t sure how to do it properly. Was thinking about taking it back in, but they looked pretty busy and I didn’t want to be a pain.

In town for the weekend and conveniently located next our hotel was Hot Box Pizza. Being such a close option and me being a pizza lover we had to try this spot. To my delight the pizza and cheese were amazing, honestly not what I expected. The small interior has a good atmosphere but we took the pizza to go. If you are in the area and specifically staying at the Holiday Inn next door, give this place a try!

Visited Indy for the weekend and enjoyed some delicious pizza near our hotel! After attending the Browns vs Colts game we just wanted something convenient. I got the gluten free crust and built my own to include pepperoni, banana peppers, spinach and broccoli. I had the biggest smile after opening my pizza box to find 2 tootsie rolls inside as well. I'd definitely go back if in town!

Ordered pickup on a mid week night and was ready within 15 minutes. Parking was easy and plentiful (literally not another single car in the lit) and customer service was friendly. Stopped in told them my babe and quickly gave me my order and receipt to sign. Got a small b-ripp and an order of stix. Pizza was slightly better than average. Something seems slightly off with the artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes, like they were over cooked maybe, but overall the dough was fluffy and the pizza tasted good. The sticks also were good for being plain breadsticks. They had a nice amount of salt and airiness to them. Total for a small specialty and 6 sticks was $20 which I thought was a little pricy but not outrageous. If I were to go back again, I might try to stick with a classic pizza flavor rather than one of their specialty pies to give it a fair comparison to other spots. Overall a solid choice for quick option for pizza.

This makes my 3rd trip to Indy from Ky for a business trip. Second time staying at the Holiday Inn Express but FIRST time today ordering from HotBox pizza, which is right next door to the hotel. Anyway, placed an order online, “built my own pizza”, it was made super fast, really good. Would definitely order from here again.

Not very good pizza. the breadsticks were not Any good either. the pizza taste like it was frozen. The breadsticks taste little the top was cardboard and the bottom was soft. And very airy inside. I do like the idea that they give you a Tootsie Roll in your pizza box. But I don't think we'll be back.

I am in town for business and I did a pick up order online fir lunch. The food was ready in 15 minutes. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The young lady that handed it to me was very friendly, professional, and overall I had an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend.
My favorite pizza was the pie of the week, so I had to stop in and grab one. My food was hot and fresh. I was greeted when I walked in. Service was quick. The decor is always a vibe, and the restroom was clean.

Let's just say everytime I go here . My order is incorrect. Even when I specifically tell them exactly what I need and also clarify that the previous times my orders were incorrect please do not make the same mistake they do !

Jessica the “manager” couldn’t handle being a manager and had one of her employees handle her duties. If I ask to speak to the manager about money being taken out but no order being in the system I expect a manager to call back. Not only that but she acted like a child without willing to understand, raised her voice and kept telling me I was the one in the wrong and that it wasn’t her problem. It’s unfortunate the employees have someone that’s incompetent to doing her job.
