Louis and Nancy are the owners and always treat their customers well. The best place to get a bento box in Indy. Chicken is cooked to perfection and the rolls are beyond tasty. Fairly priced. Benihana May have large rolls, but they lack flavor and authenticity. It is a smaller and older spot; trust me it won't matter!
I drove past this place for years before finally stopping in to grab some food, some time ago. Absolutely wonderful service and great, great food. Owners could not be the sweetest people. I've been going here for years now!

Ichiban is such a rare gem. I visited today for the first time in a few years and was reminded why I love it so much. The service is so friendly and the food is every bit as delicious as ever. The katsudon is a must for me. Don’t miss out on this place.
