Horrible customer service! After being served the wrong meal(this has happened multiple times) , the manager was unhappy with me asking for a compensation or coupon to make up for the inconvenience. Even though fought through rainy traffic and took additional time to wait in the drive thru line because the inside was packed, I maintained a smile on my face when asking to be compensated with a simple coupon. However, Katie(the manager)could not keep a smile on her face, she responded rudely and inconsiderately by saying“why would i compensate you,” “if we did that for everybody we wouldn’t have anything left to.” I explained to her how inconvenienced I was and would greatly appreciate some sort of small compensation, even as small drink would have been nice. Katie proceeded to explain to me “there is no way we would provide compensation” “we could either have my food remade or send a coupon by mail.” This is very disturbing considering the many times they have gotten my order wrong. I have honestly had better customer service from McDonald’s.

It's good food but not worth the price! Tater tots were good but not enough and the fries were VERY tasty but also not enough. Spending $33 for 2 ppl to eat at a fast food joint seems steep. Also the shake was minimally stocked with ingredients. Nothing at all like advertised ?My favorite thing about the place was the hilarious bathroom doors! Loved those ?

Had a chicken sandwich, egg and gravy...so good, I didn't even know it had gravy. It was pipping hot...but I didn't care. I didn't slow down one bit..excellent sweet tea as well
i ate almost all of my salad before i found this hair at the bottom?staff were also pretty rude which is an issue every time i eat at this location. i don’t think i’m gonna give this location any more chances.

Omg! The burgers here are phenomenal, tots were cold, but the sandwich was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had!! Seeing the female employees from the back come out and use the men's restroom was kind of weird lol, but whatever.

Great food, the Jagger sauce tops it off.My go-to is the chicken sandwich topped with jagger sauce and fries. It would be nice if they added a bit more fries on the side to be worth it, though it's good. I'm an ice head as well, and their ice is spot on. Their sweet tea is good as well, there are many places whose quality is not so good. It could be nice if they stay open a bit late as well, so I can go and grab a meal for a late night snack. Their tenders are decent, though do not fill you up as much. Their shakes are pretty decent, but not my go-to. Have not yet tried their sweets and burgers, but it might happen eventually:)
