I went recently for the first time. I didn't realize most of their drinks are from concentrate. If you like coffee/ tea and are somewhat picky about the quality, this place might not be for you. I ordered a tea expecting that freshly brewed taste and it was indeed just concentrate that they'll sell you to take home to make at home, too. While I was there, there was a line so people must like this spot! Plenty of seating to enjoy. This place could be great for students, working out of the office, etc. Its more of a productive environment. They have seats at the bar, too.Service was fine, somewhat cold but hey, its a coffee bar and they stayed busy. I must be used to that local spot feel. Cheers all!Parking: I parked a block away on a meter and walked over. They're in a building with a parking garage but I do not know the limitations for retail guests!

FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!! i was immediately greeted by a nice young man named “head chef” (skyler) he was very nice and patient and recommended me a very tasty drink. michael prepared my drink and it came out super quick and i gobbled it down just as fast!! definitely will be coming back!! java house rules!!

I love the video here. It has such a coffee house vibe. Also, the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful! Honestly, the drinks are good too (take that with a grain of salt as I don't like coffee). The only thing that could be better is the food. They don't have amazing food options, but they are not bad by any means necessary. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a nice coffee spot in downtown (especially on mass Ave) I love getting work done here.Dietary restrictions: There are able to accommodate for lactose intolerant people

I am a regular customer, visiting almost daily. It's time to share how amazing this location is and what makes it my go-to coffee/tea shop. What makes JAVAHouse DT a phenomenal place to visit/work is the STAFF. They are ALL SO wonderful. I would like to mention Michael. He is friendly, helpful, and conscientious. He makes my drink (chai with macadamia milk) perfect every time. He greets me and wishes my day well when I pop in and quickly out with an online order. His work ethnic is top notch. He cares about doing things right and always puts the customer first. Ester is lovely, kind, and helpful. She never stops smiling and makes an effort to check on my day and other customers hands down every visit. Faith is helpful, attentive, and friendly. She has a gentle way of making someone feel heard as she listens to her customers with care while preparing their order. Casey is a friendly, hospitable, and bright light in the morning. She has a special way of lifting customer's spirit while serving them. Britteny is doing an outstanding job managing the staff and environment. I LOVE the plant wall!!! I believe "live" plants make this place! Having "live" plants instead of plastic plants makes a big difference. Live plants bring life into this place making it special, inviting, and cozy. The space is always clean and maintained. This is important to me.Parking: There is always a spot for me and each customer.

I want to shout out Esther (Ester) and Skyler (Skylar) I don't want to butcher the spelling - I didn't ask for spelling! Visiting from out of town, my friend wanted to take me to her favorite coffee shop and meet her favorite barista who was not there, but luckily we were blessed with even greater service and company! At first I didn't make anything until I was in a great conversation with Esther and she mentioned a drink she personally loves to make herself and I was SOLD! I immediately HAD to try it! It was delipcious and I hope she puts it in the menu or submits it because I would go back for it every week if I were in Indianapolis! Lovely vibes, great ambiance for being in a downtown area - I am very happy I decided to try out a drink! If I'm not mistaken it was an Iced Lavendar Cold Foam Chai Latte with Honey drizzle- ask for Esther if she's there and try this amazing creation! Sending all the radiant and positive energy right back to this coffee shop! Thank you both!

This was a beautiful experience. I was there on December 31st and had a Winter Warmer and the bagel sandwich. Let me tell you, this was one of the best coffee shop experiences ever. The service was phenomenal and food equally as good. I was visiting from KC for the Colts-Raiders game and this was a definite highlight of the trip. Highly recommend! I'd give more stars if I could.

Coffee was great! Got the honey cinnamon with an extra shot and bacon egg sandwich for about $11 total. Not bad. The sandwiches are just a premade thing they toast up, still decent. Would def come back and get the coffee and study. Plenty of study space
