Sandwich was good. Problem I have is I paid for extra bacon and who ever made the sandwich decided to actually put one little tiny piece of bacon that I could barely taste. (Uber eats)

I’m a huge Jersey Mikes fan, I’ve eaten at probably nearly all of the Indianapolis locations. Unfortunately I will not be back at this one. My cheesesteak had about half the meat on it that it usually does, it was seriously pitiful. I also gave specific instructions via the app and they were ignored. I couldn’t get it remade because the store was super busy and I could tell that there were other upset customers. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to pay $11 for a sandwich that you’re disappointed with. I work hard for my money and seriously feel cheated. Send your employees to the Zionsville store to be re trained. They’re the best store in this area…

We came in tonight and ordered 3 hot sandwiches. One came out exactly how it was supposed to, one I asked for no tomato add onions and got no tomato or lettuce, and the other was a completely different sandwich than we ordered. We ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and got a steak Philly.The last time we were in this location I had to stop them from making the wrong sandwich after I overheard them telling a coworker the wrong sandwich. Both times the same person took my order. It seems you have to order with the name of the sandwich instead of the number. There were 7 people working tonight so I don't understand how my order got so messed up with all of the staff they had. We've been to multiple locations in the Indianapolis area, and even locations in Michigan and have never had this problem at any other location.

Placed a mobile order that stated it would be ready for pickup at 6:16 pm. We arrived right on time. Order was finally ready at 6:26 pm. No apology, no communication as to why they were running behind. Don’t offer the mobile option, if you can’t handle it because you’re wasting other people’s time waiting.
Food is always fresh and made fast. Priced on the high side for subs but they have the best hot

Subs done, right.Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today. I was told to get the big Kahana, and I wasn't disappointed. It was full full of meat and veg. It also had American cheddar. It was delicious and very filling. I got it on rosemary parmesan bread, which was also great. The service was personable and very friendly. We will definitely be back to try the many other subs
