Welp I think I'm done getting tea from this location. I order from here at least once a week. Not sure if I will be from here on out. First swig of tea this ended up in my mouth. They're super nice, but their breads taste super stale compared to the other Jimmy John's near the area. This was my main JJ I used to go during lunch, but I would travel around to other areas and realized their bread was alot fresher compared to this location's.

Staff and drivers extremely rude. Placed an order for my partner before going into a meeting for work. Left specific delivery instructions. When getting out of my meeting, I called to check on the status of my order the employee was very rude and did not give me any chance to talk, let alone apologize for missing the call and verifying if I would be refunded.Additionally, they left a very rude and threatening voicemail about a gun. This is totally unacceptable behavior from both parties and do NOT recommend ordering from this location. Terrible service and staff.

RUDE !! I ask for ranch and an extra bag and the employee just blows up at me after having a clear attitude throughout our entire exhange which is COMPLETELY unprofessional.. I couldnt get his name because he didnt have a name tag on but he works there daily every time I come he is there and is always neutral or rude but this situation he took things too far FIRE HIM !!Update: His name is Hiren i just looked on my receipt

Unprofessional. The food and my order was fine and ready when I came to pick it up but the guy in there came outside to talk to me while I’m in my car ready to go back to work asking for my number. Sir, get the hell out my face and go back to work ?. Kai is focused on the wrongs things.

Sandwiches are great, with a good vegetarian option. This location is nice, reasonably clean, and the staff is good at their jobs. The sandwiches are, of course, freaky fast. Plus, my 7 year old agrees with their claim that they are the best sandwiches in the world.

I have been to this location a few times. Usually decent service. This past time not so much. I ordered my sandwich and as I was paying it was made but not once did I have the change to state what I did and did not want on it. I informed the cashier that I wanted add ons but was informed the sandwich was already made. I kindly walked out instead of causing a scene but for further reference please allow the customers to speak.
