"Freaky fast delivery" is so far from true. Brisk walk would be accurate. Never had my food delivered in under 45 min and when they do deliver it they put it in the middle of the stairwell.

It was absolutely horrible service. I had never ordered jimmy john's before and I walked in expecting some kind treatment and help. I walk in to three employees with headphones in and one of the rolling their eyes when I walk in. Already not feeling welcomed. I go to order my veggie sandwich and my cashier never talked to me or replied to when I ordered. I then asked for no cucumber or tomato and still no response. i then asked what all came on it, reminder i've never ordered here before, and they simply pointed up to the menu and said "it's right there". I went ahead and finished my order and sat down. No have a nice day or thank you. I sit over by the pick up area and the person says order number 6 is ready. I was never told I had a number so I was confused. I go up and ask if it was the veggie sandwich and the employee rolled their eyes and said "yes it is on the wrapping paper. I walked away about to cry because I was never treated so badly. They never once talked to each other, all had headphones in, all were constantly on their phones, and genuinely just seemed like they have never been taught customer service and manners at all. Thank you for making this one of the worst food experiences i've had. These employees need a thorough talking to about customer service and politeness because i will never order at this location again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always check you sandwhiches. These kids can't make a sandwhich to order if their life depended on it. I think they hire exclusively employees on the spectrums

I love this place but they didn't cut my sandwich in half. I had to whip out my Boba Fett OTF and cut the sandwich myself! Then I poked myself with the tip of the knife and almost cut myself!

There’s a young girl with glass and acne that is the worst employee I’ve ever dealt with. Rude af for no reason even shook her head at me for taking more than 3 seconds to grab my sandwich (which wasn’t even right). Giiiirl good luck cuz you ain’t ready for a real job.

I get the Hunters Club. Nice meat to roll ratio. Fast and good! Delivery is great as well. Freeky Fast!

The employees were not friendly at all. While having my order taken I was being stared at like I was bothering her.They are all on their phones and too worried about the gossip to greet you or say thank you have a nice day.I came up to buy a brownie after my meal for my son. I waited behind another customer having issues with a gift card. There was one worker standing at the counter typing away on her cell phone. She looked up at me and went back to typing away. When I got to the register and ordered the other worker told me the total and went back to her conversation she was having with one of the other girls. When my card transaction was approved I didn’t get a thank you or anything she didn’t ever stop her conversation to acknowledge the payment was complete.Then the worker was sitting on the counter on her phone. For the amount of money you pay for food you would think they would pay a little more attention to the cash paying customer instead of their phones and drama conversations.

Veggie Sandwich is delicious and completely customizable to your liking!They have been very generous with loading our sandwiches with our preferred toppings!Our food has always been delivered however I’d appreciate even more if they would follow the instructions for hand-delivering rather than leaving the food on front porch (pet peeves).Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwich is the perfect way of enjoying the veggies with a bread!

I ordered a veggie sandwich and checked it before I left, avocado spread was missing. No biggie. I asked for it on the side and I’ll add it later. As I’m wrapping my sandwich up, I overheard the lady telling the sandwich preparer the avocado spread was missing. She then lied and said it was, insinuating I was lying. A third female then proceeds to stare at me nodding, saying it was on there. At this point, I am second guessing myself so I check again. She said to give her the sandwich and she will show me it’s on there. I give her my sandwich and she dismembers it in front of me on the counter, with no avocado spread. Her only reply was, “sorry, she said she put it on there” and then leaves me to put my sandwich back together. It was no longer about the sandwich but more how I was treated. Customer service could definitely use some training.

Not sure if they are hurting with inventory or what but seems like they dont put as much ingredients on the subs anymore. I ordered an Original Pepe sandwich and had to double check to make sure it wasnt a slim due it looking like there was nothing in there which there pretty much wasnt. There was barely any lettuce, ham nor provolone, I used to work at a Jimmy John's back in the day and remember these being fuller. Definitely didn't feel like I got my money worth.

Mandee Majorly Misunderstood

I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location since I began working hospitality almost seven years ago. The food is always great. Fresh, delivered quickly, always so kind and professional when I call to order. They have never made a mistake on my order. Food is always fresh and that's why I still order from them almost seven years later. No one in Southport brings me food faster than this Jimmy John's location.
