I used to order JJ's for work and it just carries over in to regular life lol The staff is mostly young which is no issue but sometimes the focus can be on other things than business but they still got my order out just a lil longer time. I always get the Beach Club and it's the jam for me, you can't go wrong with a sammich and chips. Try them out for yourself

I ordered a PICKUP order for me and my kids the other night. Went and got it with no problems. Next thing I know yesterday the transaction was updated to include a $2 tip that I did NOT authorize. I do NOT recommend this location because they clearly steal from their customers and as soon as I get a day off I will be up there to see about my stolen money. I don't care if it was 2 cents it was STOLEN

The food is always consistent, so you definitely know what you're going to get. However, when I was there, I witnessed someone doing some thing unsanitary, and after making them aware of it, they definitely made me feel like it was not a big deal. I don't wanna get into specifics, but I promise you, it was BIG deal. You could hear the sarcasm when they said thank you for coming in as I was leaving. Oh yeah, and the person who took my order told me that I needed to talk faster. Needless to say, I was very offended by that. The only reason I stayed is because my wife really likes Jimmy John's. I'm sure I'll be back to other locations, but not this one.

Paid 3.50 for delivery on a cold day just receive my sandwich with no meat on it. I had to leave work to come to the store and all they offered was extra meat. Ummm excuse me, that's no compensation. If I liked a bunch of meat on my sandwich I would have ordered more. What a waste of my time and money
