Do not order delivery. Slow as molasses and I’m writing this 40 mins past my requested delivery time and I still don’t have my order. My office is maybe 5 mins away from this location. Associate at the restaurant had nothing to say but they had other orders to deliver before they would deliver mine. I thought Jimmy Johns was “freaky fast.” Not ordering from this location again.

This store does it right! I come here often, most of the time before I even finish paying, my sandwich is done. This is the kind of service I expect from Jimmy John's, unlike the store in Anderson, which is an obhorrent abomination. This store does everything right.

I recently had a delivery problem, called them out on it, they did bring the rest of my food an hour later so I didn't give them a good review. Been ordering from this location for several years, never had any delivery problems but I feel like now I'm being boycotted because I've tried to order for delivery at least 3 times & they say there isn't delivery service for my area I called them ea time & have been told "delivery guy was suppose to have been there but is an hour late, told the check back, called back, still no delivery guy". This has happened all 3 times (lunch & dinner) ever since I gave a not so nice review. Other sub shops are sounding like they might be the choice from now on....Too bad because we really liked your subs...
They said they pulled in lot and waited this is a business u supposed to come in don't even want to give one star then they said something was wrong with the card nothing was went to atm pulled money right out

Got there at 840pm and the door was locked. It appears they closed early for some reason. The posted hours say they close at 9pm. Not sure why they closed early.
