The young man put my three sandwiches on the counter, no bag, no napkins, no care at all. He was in a hurry to stand and do nothing. Not great service for a place selling 10$ sandwiches.

Wonderful staff taking orders and making sandwiches. We came in between soccer games and we were all tired and with a bunch of kids.... they were patient and got all our orders RIGHT! Happy parents and happy kids (which doesnt always happen!) - WIN WIN !

Customer service was terrible! Called and ordered a sandwich. I order from this place probably 2-3 a week. I love JJ. The guy who answered was very short and rude. I got the sandwich and it was wrong. I called and asked nicely t for them to remake it. He called me a liar and told me that if I brought it in he would make exactly the same.

Avocado spread on my sandwhich was fucking brown. 6 people behind the counter and they still can't get anything right. First time I've had terrible food AND service. Service is always terrible at every location I've been to. Food is usually great but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with ignorant ass people.

Not enough workers. Locked the front door so no one could get in or out. FIRE HAZARD. Have been waiting more than 20 minutes. Still no food. Left after 30 minutes. 7 orders in front of us. Workers were throwing receipts on top of counter so they were not made in order. Several people who came after us were served before us. DO NOT GO HERE .
Really happy with my experience at this location. I needed to pick up an order for 6 people for a lunch meeting. The meeting was at 11:00 am, so it was important that my order be ready on time. This isn't the location I usually order from, but it opened at 10:30 am where my usual location does not open until 11:00.I ordered on the app, and my order was ready exactly on time. Each sandwich was labeled with the name, so there was no guessing about which sandwich belonged to each person.The sandwiches were all made exactly as ordered, even though several sandwiches were customized.I would definitely order from this location again.

I go to this location all the time and decided to get something different. I got the Vito. The sandwich was sloppily made and didn't have enough of the oil and vinegar. To top it off, the edge of the bread was burnt.
