I usually love Jimmy Johns and this one is close to my job. Unfortunately these people don't know how to make a sandwich. Every time I come in here half the meat is coming out of the sandwich and they always skimp with it. Idk what's with this location but it's every time and only here. The one on keystone is much better they know how to make a sandwich.

Never again! Food was horrible, bread extremely hard. Employees sitting around in relationships hugged up on the clock. I don't know what's going on with these restaurants nowadays, but I'd rather keep my hard earned money and cook at home than spend it at places that don't deserve it!

This jimmy johns is always super quick and friendly! I mobile order from here frequently and have never been let down. On top of this, the manager once gave us a few free extras with a nice note! It was a bright spot in my day! Kudos to the Manager and I hope this brightens your day right back.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered an Italian Night Club from this establishment and when I went to take my first bite my mouth was on FIRE. Why? Because they covered my sandwich in green AND red jalapeños. Nowhere in my order did I ask for any form of jalapeños on my sandwich and this sandwich does not come with jalapeños on it! I wholeheartedly believe this was done on purpose due to my last order with them being messed up from start to finish and I called in and asked them to correct it. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again.

I have been here multiple times in the past couple months to get lunch for work. I have also done delivery and everything is always as expected. They also brought out my pick up order out to my car for me since I didn’t want to leave my baby alone. The workers are always super nice and helpful!

From the bottom of my heart and soul I want to say thank you to the lady at the front counter with the shaved sides haircut. She went above and beyond to help me with something not related to food service. She is all around an AMAZING person and has such an awesome mentality and attitude. She helped us move a car that died right outside the store and she will never know how appreciative we all were for her services!! :)

I know this Jimmy John's I knew if I ordered a sandwich for delivery it would take over an hour and I was right. But I thought I could outsmart the bad delivery. I ordered two sandwiches, both of which I ordered without mayo, but added mayo packets on the side. I figured that way, even though it would take forever to get the sandwich, at least they wouldn't be soggy when they got here. I thought I was so clever. The sandwiches did arrive after about an hour and a half and the sandwiches had no mayo just like I'd asked, but there were no mayo packets in the bag. None. I give up.

We waited for over an hour to receive our food and when we finally got the notification that it was delivered, it infact wasn't. Called the store and talked to the manager and I was told that since they did not have any delivery drivers that they cancelled the order. He did not call at all even though he said he did. He said they were extremely busy and that he couldn't call, contradicting his previous statement and yet he still pushed the order through and said it was delivered. Do not order from this store. Have had issues like this very one in the past.

The food was fine but the 3 young ladies working here need to be a little more professional. I’m sitting here as 2 of them are sitting around socializing and with a bunch of personal possessions all over the table, chatting and playing on their phones and making fun of elderly customers after they walk out with their 3rd coworker asleep. The only one who really seems to be working in the older individual behind the service table.Pretty sure the open sign is also turned off to discourage people coming in.

I’m actually really annoyed with this branch. I ordered a sandwich and drink while at work. (My work is 3/10 a mile down the road so a two minute drive.) 25 minutes later go by I call. She said oh they’re in route already. 20 more minutes go by. I call again. I said I’m actually really irritated. It’s been 45 minutes since I ordered. They explained over the phone that the driver had another stop to go to. Okay…if I’m a two minute drive you’d think I would go first. Driver shows up. No apology for the wait, no one tried to make it better. I’m a pretty easy going person and an apology goes a LONG way especially when I work in healthcare and had to ingest the sandwich in only a few minutes.
