I had a timed order scheduled for 12:15 and didn't recieve it until well after 1. Called at 12:45 and they said that it was out for delivery and would get to me within 10 minutes... I didn't recieve for another 30 minutes. No apology or explanation from the delivery driver and they had obviously dropped my order at some point because it arrived smashed. Definitely will be avoiding this location in the future.Edited to add I have already used the link in the reply the day it happened and haven't heard anything back.

I've never received an order in less than 45mins after ordering. Typically it's 45-75mins to receive a delivery. Today, I waited two hours before calling and canceling the order. Dude on the phone said it should be there in 20-30mins, short on drivers, blah blah blah.Update - Canceled my order over the phone and they still charged me for it.

The good thing about Jimmy John's is that the food is consistent. Unfortunately, that is about the only good thing about this location. I don't think I have ever felt so ignored by a teller who did a great job of acting like I wasn't there while kind of taking my order. It was very one/sided and weird. If your ordering delivery, still a safe bet but I would recommend eating on-site

Best Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Got the number 15 with no cheese and everything tasted and felt exactly as it should; tuna wasnt too drippy, tomatoes and cucumbers were prefect, and the proportions were great! 10/10

I've ordered here 3 times online. Store is about 5 min away. It takes 2 hours to get the food every time, and its soggy and disgusting. Went in once to get dinner. The employee demanded I order the second I walked in. I asked for a minute, since there was no one in the store. She left the counter and I waited 10 min before she came back. She was rude af, then asked me to repeat my order because she "wasn't listening". I repeated, said thank you, and she said nothing back. She did not tell me the total. They threw our sandwiches together and I said thank you, I was grunted at and eye rolled. It was a terrible experience. This location is filthy and all the other restaurants in the outlet are much better. Seriously go to any other store here, they service is so much better.

I always have to order my food an hour in advance to pick it up or else it won’t be done in time. Someone else accidentally picked up my order, I had to fight with staff to make remake my food. It’s ran by a bunch of teenagers who blast music. I’ve walked in to an empty store multiple times because the employees were outside listening to music. Very unimpressed.

I've ordered online twice and both times it's taken me over an hour to get my food when my work is only a couple of miles away. My current order is "completed" but it was not delivered. And if it was, they just left it out for someone to steal it because they didn't call me like my instructions said to. I tried calling but they just put me on hold. Steer clear.

Ordered four sandwiches two with everything on them and two with just meat and cheese. They delivered four sandwiches without the cheese. I called to request replacement and was put on hold and left on hold immediately. I called back and went through without a hold needed surprise surprise and after explaining the issue was placed on hold again and left. I called again and was told that they all of a sudden didn't have a driver until two hours later or they would credit me for the cheese. I then stated that they could make the sandwiches and we would pick them up at which point the person who claimed to be the manager got very rude and told us to bring the other sandwiches to confirm that they were wrong. At that point since my son was already heading there and we would have to burn even more gas to come back and get the old food after spending $5 for delivery we cut our losses. This is not the first time they have done this and we were already skeptical about ordering from them as the last time we ordered the delivery driver added a $10 tip after leaving over drafting my credit card. This is not a good Jimmy John's to visit and even worse to order delivery from if you want your order correct and do not want to be scammed by the driver.

To all those complaining about the delivery service; jimmy John's only pays drivers around $7 hr which mostly comes from the delivery fee. Then tips are usually $2 or $3 with difficult to find addresses in hospitals with no parking available. Oh we also pack the order ourselves. You guys are making very good money and have the gall to tip $2 and expect fast delivery. There aren't enough drivers and there won't be. This business model doesn't work. I for one will no longer do it.
