Rideshare driver working downtown looking for a quick bite to eat and a restroom (soo hard to find downtown). Had to go with subway down the street as lobby was closed and hour early. Plenty of staff inside and no signage with separate lobby hours. Disappointing....

Shout out to my bro Trevor that works at this location. The workers there are working fast for all customers and making sandwiches taste wonderful. I’ve literally been to this location twice in one week. Also, the music they play inside the store is good music. Gotta love it!

Location continually serves expired and brown guac on sandwiches. In process of submitting my experience to Marion Co. Health Department. I ordered online and they didn't even give me a straw and they got visibly annoyed when I asked for one. Continually serves fermented and slimy vegetables even at the lunch shift. Take your money elsewhere.Vegetarian options: Very bad and gross veggies, they do not care for their vegetarians at all.

Food is great. The problem I have had for the last 3/3 times I've came to the Georgetown location in Indianápolis is the rude service. I order the same thing no matter what Jimmy John's I go to. I can hear making rude comments and talking c@@p about having to make the order. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Customer Service is key!!

Food was good. I tried the new pesto pasta side and that was good too. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean. It gets a bit chilly in there so maybe bring a light sweater to throw on if you get cold easily.
