Jimmy John's as a company has definitely stepped up their game lately. They have a revamped website, new products, and you can now also get any sandwich as a wrap. I have been wishing for that option for years! My biggest "complaint" with Jimmy John's has always been that I just get tired of eating the same thing. And they are really the best delivery game in town so I've eaten a lot of Jimmy John's over the ten years I have worked in this neighborhood. But now they have more options to choose from and more options for customization. I love the new potato salad option. I usually get a pickle for a nice low carb side, but the potato salad is pretty tempting. I consistently receive my order on time or early and it's correct. That's not the experience I have with other delivery services or restaurants so it's refreshing. From what I've heard, the delivery drivers are also friendly with our front desk staff when dropping off orders too.

I didn't give five stars for service bc every jimmy john delivers past the mile radius even in the hood but this store does not go anywhere nor are they on any delivery apps so they are losing a bit of money bc we love jimmy johns but can't always pick up so we just order elsewhere were 1.6 miles from them and they just won't deliver here it's kind of dumb in this day and age

We put in an order for a work meeting. Food itself was great but we won't order again due to the delivery driver, company I work for has a policy that if they charge for delivery you don't tip bc that company should be paying more to the driver, if they arnt they are just stealing extra money for no reason. The delivery driver through a fit bc if it even tho it's not up to us and then proceeds to call and test us throwing a fit about it. In my opinion it was just rude and unprofessional , if they want to get upset either don't charge extra for delivery or pay your employees more for it.

This place of business this place a business is very unprofessional not knowing how to have a good customer care service or anything. I suggested you to find another. Jimmy John's on the west side of Indianapolis but not this one cuz you would not get your service that you are.. they like to play little games like they little bitty kids and they supposed to be grown working in this restaurant but how about that? And now you need anybody that has a latex allergy should wash them making a sandwiches cuz they're using latex guffs which is against the lawyer because people have allergies to lay text

I stopped in for a sandwich, not that friendly and believe it or not the sandwich was so so, definitely not like other Jimmy John's, I was here on a volleyball trip, I read the reviews and took a gamble. Little to say I lost my winnings. Based on the freaking horrible reviews and not even a response from the owner or anything, trust me , eat at Waffle House

Zero Stars,Was verbally insulted and physically threatened by a white male employee over a trivial newspaper misunderstanding.Could not get the Hispanic sounding “manager” to understand that his employee should be immediately terminated. Manager refused to give me the name of the employee that verbally and physically threatened me, or give me his own name. “Employee of the Month” and “Manager of the Year”! Had to contact Jimmy John’s corporate for an adult response to my serious accusations. Police report filed with IMPD.Customers beware. You’re the next victim of these extremely disrespectful punks.

Very rude service with the delivery driver who delivered my order at the Wyndham Indianapolis West hotel down the street on 10/19/23. He called me to ask if we were meeting in the lobby, which I replied yes. I stated that I will be coming downstairs. Not even a minute later as I was in the elevator, he calls me multiple times like life depended on it. When I meet him downstairs, he stated to me, “You should have told me your room number.” After I had mentioned to him that the drivers for my last several orders at this location have been very late, and that I prefer to wait in my room until they arrive, he states to me “That doesn’t make a difference. Time is money.” I should not have to explain myself as to why I prefer to meet in the lobby, but if you must know, I don’t give my room number to delivery drivers due to security reasons. Overall, this delivery driver was very rude, ungrateful, and disrespectful. I will never order from this location ever again.

I love this Jimmy Johns. The food is always good and fresh. Love the kickin ranch! My orders are also correct 99.9% of the time. A lot of people may not realize that is a huge accomplishment when running a customizable sandwich shop. Believe me, I ran one for 20 years!

Went up through drive thru at 8:39 and they said they were closed. A bunch of laziness these days and terrible management. If you advertise you close at 9pm it should definitely be closed at that time as I am a manager myself. Super unprofessional! Do better!
