Not a frequent visitor, however I decided to try the tuna sandwich. It was a bit much for me and resembled a veggie meal with a twist of tuna. Also a bit messy to eat for my style. The workers were friendly and professional and the place was clean and quiet. The taste was descent.. No salt or pepper was available and only diet coke and sprite in the cooler. Overall the visit was good, except the Messy veggie sandwich with tuna. Wasn't too keen on the pesto pasta either. May be awhile before I visit again. Sandwich, drink and pasta $19 ?

Apple Pay never works on the app. Restaurant manager seemed in bad mood I asked about it. Sorry your store never works the way it’s supposed to. Good food, the lady’s making the sandwiches are the best.

This is probably the slowest Jimmy Johns in the city. I order for pickup probably a couple times a month and I don't think my order has ever been ready when and made when I arrived.What's the point of ordering ahead if you don't start making my order until I show up, stand in line and tell you like everyone else? I might as well just give you my order in person. I order "ASAP", it's prepaid every time, and it's never ready no matter how busy they are. It's typically dead when I arrive, but it doesn't matter if I arrive 10, 15, or 20 minutes after the order is placed. My order is not ready.Lastly, my order has been wrong too often. I order ahead and place my customizations just for them to not read the ticket, so I'm not even waiting extra time because they're taking their time to be correct. (Sometimes it's wrong because the sandwich is just wrong, so they don't even get the base sandwich right). This is only worse when I order paid additions. I paid for my bacon but didn't even get it. I'd be understanding of mistakes if I had large or complicated orders, but I'm just ordering 1 sandwich.So I order ahead via app just to stand in line and wait for my sandwich to be ready. But if I don't unwrap my sandwich and check it for everything, I'll find something is missing when I'm already home. I gotta unwrap it, open the sandwich up and peel back every layer to make sure it's all there. Ordering ahead is pointless. Putting in my customizations is pointless. Taking it home without deconstructing it in store is pointless. Sounds like they don't want me to use the order ahead feature at all, which I thought was supposed to save my time and their time.Never had any issues doing pickup from the app/website at any other Jimmy Johns (Glendale/Castleton/Circle Center/etc) . I thought they were all locked in like that but that is incorrect, apparently. Don't think I've ever had an error ever before and I'm lucky if I have a good time at this location more than 50% of the time.

The guy with dreadlocks that worked the night shift does everything in his power to deliver consistent outstanding service. I appreciate you caring about my experience and the diligent communication about my allergies to your staff. I love the music and cleanliness of the store. Thank you so much for giving me a restaurant I feel comfortable returning to.

This is the worst location! They have continuously not provided delivery and charged card, not refunded. The site does not allow delivery from another store. So I just cannot order delivery at home and i work from home 4 days a week. Seriously

I can’t stand this fn place. They NEVER have delivery drivers available. I get a free sandwich for my bday but can’t get it because they never have drivers available. This is so damn ridiculous. And I live 3 minutes from the place driving, if I had a car. Like why even have delivery. It’s Saturday ffs. I hate this place yo.

Worst service I've ever had. The only thing freaky fast about their delivery was how fast they hung up on me when I asked for a refund because it had been nearly an hour and a half from time of order.
