The guys communicated upfront there was a wait, the reason why, and apologized. They had great attitude in spite of unexpected increase, I only seen 3 men on staff. The best customer service I've seen and experienced anywhere in a long time
I cannot believe this place is still open. Got there at 4pm when time for people to stop by after work. Was told they had no Original chicken and the cook was just coming in. They had crispy and I should have known it would be bad. I think it was chicken that had been sitting there since lunch. Same as last time I came in. Chicken was tough.

Ordered online for pickup ....restaurant was clean however I was giving a hard time about my order because my wife placed the order and I went and picked it up the gentleman new I wasn't a sonya and was really trying to card me for some chicken .....that's ok I can get over that part I know there's some shady people out there but I did have the card that purchased it and i had the exact order and exact total ...still wanted to give me a hard time .when I finally get my food home...read full review
