Messed up our birthday cake orders at least 3 times now. Placed an order for a marble birthday cake 12 days in advance. They call us THE DAY BEFORE and tell us they didn’t get their marble cake order in so they couldn’t make it. (If only there was a store nearby that sold cake ingredients!) On a previous occasion we placed an order online a week in advance. When we went to pick it up, they had no record of our order. On yet a third occasion, we ordered a marble cake and literally got a cake that was chocolate on one half, and yellow on the other. That was kind of hilarious, but still!Just go to the Avon Kroger. They seem to have their bakery sh!t together a lot better than this one.

This Kroger has gone downhill and has for awhile. Called into deli for some fried chicken, the woman on the phone was a complete b**** saying she wouldn't drop any fresh. Get into the store and there's none in the waiting container, they're dropping fresh now. Woman whom I spoke to on the phone was leaving, still being rude af as to why she wouldn't drop any fresh fried chicken. My moms birthday is today and that's all she requested. The fact they wouldn't drop more just out of spite to a customer was absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn't for this special request I would've left already and gone elsewhere & this is the closest to her house. I f****** hate this Kroger, go elsewhere and spend your money.

Well I wanted to go to my Kroger at West Pointe Plaza. The store is usually nice and clean....not today.

Walked in and I immediately saw a mouse run under one isle to the next. I discreetly mentioned it to an employee who proceeded to tell the manager in front of me. They laughed about it and said "we got about 16 of them in here". It was shocking and disgusting.

We live in Speedway however the Kroger in Speedway is overrun with customers due to lack of grocery in the area. We started going to this location during Covid as it seems a little calmer and cleaner and the staff here are very pleasant. It doesn't have as much to offer as the Speedway Kroger store especially in the way of vegan food which is disappointing but I have been dealing with it. There are two access points as well as plenty of parking. This is now our go to grocery store.

I want to let you know how amazing your employees are at the 8150 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis IN store are. While my experience there is always great, today your associates made a gesture that touched my heart and brought me to tears. While shopping I asked a gentleman for help with some prices and mentioned what I was shopping for which is a community service project for Stockings for Soldiers. I was excited the holiday candy was on sale and he helped me with prices etc. I mo
I visited this bakery for my son's 7th birthday cake. I had the pleasure of working with Heather who jotted down a few of my son's favorite things and made a BEAUTIFUL 2 layer round cake that was an absolute hit! Excited to place my next order with absolute ease! Thank you so much Heather!!!

For the first time EVER, I trusted someone/anyone to do my grocery shopping for me. I used this Kroger location's pick up service, after placing a preferred list online. Given the "busy" times, I hoped they'd get it right. They texted me with any alternate substitution suggestions, and gathered all the available items from my online cart. The sizes, quantities, specifics and most of all, expiration dates were correct and acceptable! This was a 1st of 3 free pickup experiences, afterwards its only a minimal fee for great service.

I hate going to krogers after 8pm on Friday nights because they only have the self service machines and they take so long to work. The cashier even got frustrated with my order. When you spend a few hundred dollars it takes to long to do the self service machines. The store was clean and of course they had great deals this week.
