Kroger Bakery

It has been ages since I have been to the Speedway Kroger store and boy has it gone downhill since my last visit. The physical aspects of the interior desperately need an update. Since I only needed one item (the store I went to first didn't have it...grr) and this Kroger was nearby, I popped in for a quick in and out visit. The coupon system is messed up. We offer the coupons to the clerk before they scan our items but they do not take them . After all the items are scanned the clerk scans the coupons . The system does not recognize half the matching items we purchased. So we are forced to dig though all the bags to prove we bought the items. Which we do . In the mean time the line at the till is backed up and 10 minutes are wasted. Why give out coupons if your system does not work? it's a pain for...read full review

This is a mixed review since the pharmacy is not listed separately. I have had great success with the click list and picking my order up. They are fairly good at the substitutions and picking good produce. The positives end with the long lines to check out, lack of mask enforcement and employees not wearing masks like they should. A mask is not a chin warmer. Another huge downfall is the pharmacy. Every time I call in a refill it is never ready when they say it will be. Today...read full review
