I stopped by this Kroger location after brunch with a friend to get some groceries, and was very impressed with the store. This is probably the best Kroger I have shopped at in Indy in quite a while. The ambiance is different and nice, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very organized and the checkout lines are clear and not crazy busy. I was lucky enough to have a check out line open while waiting in line, and was the first one in line to checkout. The cashier was great and very professional. My shopping experience at this Kroger was wonderful compared to other Krogers. It was smooth and not crazy and hectic like other Kroger locations. The staff actually knows what they are doing and are competent enough to do their job. The selection of produce is better at this Kroger than other locations I have noticed as well. I will definitely be back at this Kroger to do grocery shopping, because it is a pleasant experience.

I went here to buy boxed wine for our friends wine night. Th bag was leaking after purchase. My friend and I went back to exchange it and we're told we could not. I am very disappointed as I paid double for a faulty product that should have been exchanged immediately. The girl at customer serve was super unreliable and I wish I got her name. Do better.

I visited this store on Friday, January 13, all went well until I needed help at the service desk. I shopped for my groceries, checked out and then decided I would purchase a lottery ticket. There was no one at the service desk so I decided to ask Ian, who was standing at the end of a register waiting to bag the next customers groceries. I was very polite, I excused myself and asked Ian if the service desk was open, he rudely responded, "I DON'T KNOW " and turned his back on me. I asked Ian if he could find out, and again - even more Rude - "I AM TALKING TO HER!!". By this time I am getting upset, so I snapped back and asked again if he could find out. Then Ian yells to the manager and asks if anyone is working the service desk and she sent someone to help me. I am finding with more frequency, the workers at Kroger are becoming more rude and obnoxious. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for more than 30 years and this is not the first time I've been disrespected and treated badly by one of its employees. I had just spent my hard earned money on food at this store and all I wanted was a lottery ticket. I will probably continue shopping at Kroger because it's a habit, but I hope that Kroger will hire more respectable employees who will treat their customers with some dignity and respect.

There are about 3-4 Krogers in the area that I go to from time to time, and this is one that is in the "if I'm driving by and need just a few things" category. I've never done a big shopping trip here, but it has been decent for buying a few items. My most recent trip was a desperate quest for dried cherries for some cookies I was making; this was the 4th place I tried and they actually had them! They were a bit tricky to find, but they did have them! Checkout is my biggest issue with all Krogers and this one was no exception. Only self checkouts were open and they didn't seem to want to work without a Kroger card; I do have one but didn't have it with me and apparently have never set up an alternate ID. I had to wait for someone to come over to unlock the self checkout so I could pay without the card (she had to scan a generic one). Anyway, the person who helped me was nice and I got the cherries, so this Kroger will stay in my once in awhile rotation.

This store is getting worse and worse. I had a pickup order and when I got home and unpacked it one of the six packs of soda was missing a can. I call nobody answers the phone. It's 1130 on a Tuesday morning. I call a second time nobody answers the phone. Every time I go there is a new exercise and disappointment, because this is only the incident today.

The store does what it's suppose to - it's not a Whole Foods. The prices are a bit ridiculous none the less but the waiting to check out might be the most difficult thing at times here. During one visit, the line was down the aisle. I'm currently here at the pharmacy, their are 4 techs inside the pharmacy - just one tech who has been trying to check out for 15 mins. Now Olga is doing her best to translate for the tech at the register, while Matt cuts paper and Lydia does who knows what. They could have assisted and had everyone on their way during this time. How are these people in charge of distributing medication when they lack common sense?

Unhelpful, unkind, plain rude. Nobody cares much about the patients here: the medications were called in over 24 hours earlier, and the phone reply to me was that they don't have the script. I came in-person, and the reply was:" we are busy with other customers". I had to come back three time, and wait for over 25 minutes to receive the medications that were desperately needed. My request to process it through Good RX card (over $60 cheaper) was met with anger. I truly felt that the pharmacy staff was taking pleasure in my situation. Will not be coming back.

I would have to be starving for three days in order to go into this Kroger. Why close down your lines an hour or more before you close? Then force people to do Self Checkout ?!? If you want to get us out of the store quickly, then help us check out! For God's sake, I am sure a lot of Doctors and Nurses and other caregivers from St. V's who are exhausted, are made to wait in line here when all they want to do is go home and eat dinner. I'm not in any of these groups but I think about how miserable it must be for them with this grocery store being the closest one to them. The piece de resistance for me was when a gaggle of gossiping women watched me put all my purchases on the conveyer belt and then told me they were closed even though the light was still on. They really did seem to get a kick out of it. Step One: The manager should be fired. Step Two: They should really try not to hire only freaks and idiots. That would be a start.

I normally sing praises to this Kroger. I've shopped here for close to 30 years. It was always convenient to stop on my way home. However, today, not so much. The cashier was rude. I understand, maybe she was having a bad day. We all do. But when you work in service, you put a smile on your face and treat your customer with respect.

Self check worst experience and I was cashier in High School...people who are there to help are rude and slow took 5 mins to check a price that was wrong. I was there on Saturday morning 730am It took me longer to check out with 20items than I did shopping for them and I Leisurely shopped.... I will do everything I can to not go back to Kroger price is not that much better....experience was horrible

So I use both mail order delivery and Kroger for my family's prescription, and this is my normal Kroger pharmacy. I want to give a shout out to the staff here- specifically Meghan and Matt, the pharmacists, and Olga the pharmacy tech. Olga has been here for a long time, and she knows her customers. She sees me, and calls me "Ms Mary." She is always so friendly, and makes sure all of the customers are taken care of as efficiently as possible. If there is ever a question about what my co-pay was, or refills, she never seems rushed trying to look into things. Matt is wonderful! He also knows my name (which could be good or bad...I think it means I have too many issues that he has to help with...) and Meghan is super sweet. They are a well oiled group. Like anything healthcare related, rarely do they get recognized. I can't say I love going to the pharmacy, but I do enjoy the opportunity to interact with this staff! Thanks for all that they do! No complaints!

Kroger is my preferred (non membership) grocery store. This Kroger has some issues like there is almost never any carts and have been out of a lot lately but it's COVID time. Biggest complaint is the no carts every time I go. Besides that there are there are a few restaurants in the shopping center and parking is never a problem. There is also a Kroger gas station right by instead of down the road or across the road like they've been doing lately.

Update: they gave me a $10 credit. I'm tired of paying $5 for curbside pick up only to have items missing that I was charged for or substitutions for items that I said no substitutions on. I've tried calling to complain and taking the survey but no one contacts me back. I honestly just want a refund for the past 2 times I've used curb side pick up where this has happened since the refund will make up for the cost of unwanted items I was given and charged for as well as the items I were not given and cha

I would give a zero if it was an option. The baked goods sell out fairly early, and if you want to talk to one of the bakery staff, forget it.

Gas price on sign is misleading!
