Located right off of Mass Ave. The chicken parm sandwich is my favorite! Salads are also tasty. Often times less of a wait time compared to other restaurants on Mass Ave and just as good. Connects with Bakersfield patio too!

Krueger's is one of my favorite downtown spots. They make a mean drink, have a terrific atmosphere, the burgers are on point. I typically get and highly recommend the bacon burger. I usually get it with no bun and use the mustard like sauce on the side. That's just because my body doesn't like carbs but I still want a burger! Then I usually order a small kale salad alongside the burger. I'm always super satisfied. This is one of the first places I want to go when quarantine is over and it was one of my last nights out before all this started. If you haven't yet, just try it! You will enjoy!

Went here before a nice event with a friend. The waitress highly recommended the chicken Parmesan sandwich. Omg! I couldn't even finish it all. Each bite included every ingredient. It also heated up very well in the toaster oven the next day. Highly suggest this sandwich

I love the drinks here and the bartender is always a blast! We usually come here late night because they're one of the very few that serve food that late! The food itself is amazing, too! My husband and his friends RAVE about the giant meatball! We've also been here several times and they've had karaoke! It is such a fun environment and everyone seems to have a great time! Can't wait till the warmer months so they open the garage door that connects to the Bakersfield patio. Love this place!

Accommodated a large party pretty quickly. Service was quick, and then we had plenty of time to chat, and felt no pressure to give up our table. Food, as usual, was great

I don't even know where to begin... this spot is a true hidden gem!!! We stumbled into on a Sunday after the spot we were going to closed early. I am sooooo glad we did.. the vibe is industrial chic, which I absolutely adore.. I tried a Rose cider, which was amazing. Upon initially looking at the menu, I noticed it was limited. I was unsure if I wanted to stay because nothing was "standing out". But after going to the trusted Yelp reviews, we decided to stay and give it a try... I ordered the Cuban... and words cannot truly describe the bliss I tasted. I took my first bite and instantly closed my eyes to savor the moment!! It was heaven. The pork was tender and fall apart, pickles had a nice crunch, bread was fluffy and the cheese topped its perfection. You could taste each layer. Perfection!! I ordered the fries with a side of ranch. Only drawback was the ranch. I am VERY particular and though it was homemade, it had a sour note that threw me off. Outside of that, everything was awesome. I will definitely be back!!!

1st of all, the tables. Omg they are awesome! They're steel beams/girders with glass tops and no rough edges. (Definitely some hard corners!) The whole vibe here is really cool, very laid back. The styling has elements from different periods of decor/architecture (light fixtures reminiscent of the 30s/40s, old metal heaters, bare brick walls, modern and clean bar, etc) and yet it's put together very well. Food and service and beer are two thumbs way up. Try the meatball app! The sauce is phenomenal and fresh!

I've been coming here since it opened up and I always have a good time at Kruger's! Their menu is pretty cool. They have a good bunch of appetizers. I especially love their tomato pesto jar- so good! Their salads come in good portions and are pretty yummy and fresh. I almost always end up taking their chicken Parm sandwich because it's good a really good balance of flavors. I personally feel the veggie burger at Kruger's is the best veggie burger in town. I usually find bean burgers or other no meat burgers a little pasty and flavorless but the one at Kruger's is so damn delicious. Just another proof of how good veggies can taste when you cook them the right way! Also, they've got a good selection of cocktails to choose from. I like the ambience in Kruger's you can sit at the bar, outdoors or indoors! All in all a pretty nice place to hang out and grab some delicious food!

This place nearly soured me on Indianapolis as a whole. My buddy and I were looking for a late night bite to eat and we were striking out with locations that advertised their kitchen being open 'late night,' that wasn't a chain. We walked into a basically dead bar, there were at most, six people in there including us. The bartender wasn't talking to customers, wasn't making drinks, wasn't doing closing work. His head was...up in the clouds, let's leave it at that. My buddy had to call him over despite literally having nothing else to do and asked about food. He basically told us that there was only one option, the burger, left and we got it. The burger was about as bland and flavorless as his service. I get it's late night but if I wanted a shitty burger with a side of shitty service I would have just gone to a chain place. Actually, later in our visit we went to a Steak and Shake and got better service.

Me and my buddy came here tonight after striking out at another restaurant nearby. We both ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich. Let me say, it was out of this world! The meat was juicy and the 3 or so sauces on it were delicious. The place had super cool vibes as well. We will definitely be coming back!

I ordered the Beer cheese and pretzels. Not bad but came out so quick you know it was microwaved. That cheese should be piping hot. The Cuban was a good sandwich. I had the andouille sausage with red beans and rice. It was only about half a link tho. I took one bite and it tasted like soap. I don't know if that's too much basil or what but it was way over seasoned. I tried to escape into the red beans and rice But it had the same soapy flavor. So the server let me trade it in for the sauerkraut balls. The menu said they had sauerkraut , cream cheese and sausage, which sounded great, but I took a bite and lo and behold they had the same soapy taste!! You couldn't taste the kraut or the cream Cheese. Small portions too. When I paid, the server left the room and went downstairs with my credit card. That made me very uncomfortable.

My friend and I were in Indy visiting for the day and needed someplace to grab dinner and found this little hidden gem. I got the chicken parmesan sandwich with a side of roasted asparagus and it was so delicious! The chicken was juicy and breaded perfectly while the marinara and ricotta cheese on top just added to an incredible overall flavor. My friend got a Cuban sandwich with the mashed potatoes as a side and enjoyed every bite! I even tried his food too and can vouch it was outstanding. It was also a slow, quiet night with a calm atmosphere. Only saw two workers while we were there but service was still wonderful. Highly recommend stopping in here if you get the chance.

Great place but beware of the spicy burger, it'll sneak up on you

We love the pretzels and beer cheese for the appetizer . All 4 of us got sandwich’s or burgers and split two orders of fries. It was delish. The spicy burger was an 8-9 on our spicy scale.

Great for lunch, a small bite and a beer...or just happy hour.
