I didn't like the customer service. We don't want to go back to this place, plus the ice creams and what we ordered weren't very good.

I liked the ice cream , but it’s very weird that there is no price on anything … I got two ice creams and two churros for $23.. very overpriced . That’s perhaps why there is no prices on anything or no paper menu, very shady business practice. Will be going somewhere else in the future.

Horrible customer service. Very unorganized, they never told me that my order was ready and allowed other customers to get their food and to pay before me. When I asked why is my order not ready yet but other people’s orders were ready way faster than mine, they told me my order was ready, but when I was trying to pay the cashier was extremely rude. I’m not coming back and the food wasn’t great either, so not worth it, there’s better places with better service than this.

Terrible service!Bunch of young girls were attending. One just came in, did not wash its hand and start serving the food, they use same plastic disposal gloves all time. I never come back at this place, across street is the competitors they have better service.Supper expensive ice cream.

Great desserts and fast, efficient service. Very pleasant atmosphere. We had the mangonadas, chocofresca, and a fruit dish with whipped cream and honey. All delicious! We happily plan to return.

Ice cream taste good but have poor cleanliness. I've seen cockroaches on their counter tops and I've complained about it but seem to not care. Owner and another lady in the back are very rude. Should be more respectful towards costumer and not brush off any complaints.

If you're looking for a good antojitos place, this is it. The best mangonadas in the east side. Nice staff, it's usually packed in there because of how good it is.
