Last 2 times we've ordered online and had it delivered, the pizzas had very little sauce, were overcooked, and didn't have much flavor. Don't waste your time with this location. Order from the US 31/Smith Valley location. We've NEVER had issues there.

I tried ordering a meal combo, and the worker stared off into space for about 60 seconds, and then said that I would have to pay for every item separately. I asked him why I couldn’t get it for the advertised price on the board behind him, and he gave me no answer, just that he couldn’t honor the price. I suspect that he didn’t know how to enter the order as a meal. I chose to go to another location and got the cheaper meal price

This location will not accept any coupons and would not honor the Veterans Day Offer this weekend that every other location that I called or visited yesterday on Veterans Day yesterday. Will never visit this location or the S Emerson Avenue again and will post this on Facebook and other sites.

There menu says HOT AND READY and the menu in the front say there is 3 pizzas hot and ready but the dude told me that they only serve the classic hot and ready not the extra most bestest.

They do not wear gloves when handling the food. They need to wear gloves. Make your employees wear gloves!! Because I know for a fact not everyone washes their hands after using the bathroom.

At one time I could walk in and pick what I wanted, then pay cash, wait a few minutes and walk out with a fresh cheap pizza, decent for the price, but I walked in to do what I’ve always done, stood in line for an hour, just to learn that I could no longer do what I’ve always done, then after wasting an hour of my time, I walk out empty handed, now they want me to use the app, and download my debit card information so they can hack me and steal all my heard earned money, like they did before! So me, all my friends, and finally will NEVER get my business EVER AGAIN!!!! I suggest you delete the app, and do likewise and do the same and take your business elsewhere!!!

We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. First they gave us an all cheese pizza so we told them, and the guy in the front went to the back and told them to make another one. Opened up the next box and it was half pepperoni, half garlic breadsticks. Told them again that we ordered half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The guy laughed and said it's basically the same. We left because it wasn't worth waiting around another 20 minutes when it had already been 45. We ordered online, so there wasn't a mistake of not hearing correctly and even the receipt they gave us said the correct order. It was also incredibly hot in the store. and the sun was shining right in the front workers eyes.
I don't know who they fired at this location but I'm so glad they did. The new crew in there is attentive and gets your order right. The toppings are fresh and spread out around the entire pizza instead of a glob in the middle.The store itself was exceptionally clean compared to how it normally looks.Kudos to the new crew. Keep up the great work.
